After 11 Years of not having a Superman Movie, I NEED THIS MOVIE TO HIT THE EMOTIONS. *HARD*

This is becoming my most anticipated movie of all time. All I want is a good dc cinematic universe. One similar to the old cartoons. I think James Gunn is cooking up something special

2025 is going to be a good year of superhero movies. Can't wait to see Superman Legacy.

I really wanted a live action Fleischer suit, which we saw as the first suit in Superman and Lois, which is my favorite iteration of Superman. Hoping Legacy can be even better!

I'm rooting for James Gunn and believe he will deliver something special. Everything he has done so far for Superman Legacy is an indicator of that. From the way James talks about the character, to his perfect casting, to choosing to film in Ohio the birthplace of Superman. This movie has the potential to be the best Superman film to date.

I just hope we get something the scene from Lois and Clark back in the 90’s when Lex was saying he has the tallest building in Metropolis because he wants everyone to have to look up to see him. And he says this to Lois and Clark and later on Superman tells him “if you ever need me, all you have to do is look up”. Man. I think that could kill.

G'day it's Steven from down under I must say that I'm really pleased that younger generations are embracing the first and greatest superhero known to mankind, period. At the age of just 8 years old I attended a Sydney cinema not knowing what to expect, up until that stage of my life i knew of Superman from the comics and even for then the old series featuring George Reeves. When watching Superman the motion picture my mind was blown and i truly believed that a man could fly, from that point forward my imagination was captured forever, Mr Christopher Reeve was without a doubt perfectly cast, John Williams score was iconic and the storyline was brilliant, it was this movie that was the inspiration and catalyst for all other superhero movies to come. In any case, my love and interest is for this character and no one person, especially not anyone with a big ego, which leads me to say that james Gunn is an odd choice for DC CEO and is probably a cheap choice for WB, and using lesser known actors instead of the popular established actors already portraying these DC characters on the big screen is without a doubt more cost effective, though it is interesting to me that David Corenswet is very similar in appearance to the very popular Henry Cavill. I believe that James Gunn should be more receptive to the fan base, and keep off social media which has proven to be dangerous, his dubious ability to create a new DC universe is of huge concern as is his reputation. However I'm willing to accept these unnecessary changes and disregard his reputation and ongoing nepotism too, let's hope he respects the material and the DC characters, to this point in time he hasn't proven that he's capable of going that, with far too many issues and problems. As for the iconic Superman suit, well i grew up loving the more traditional Christopher Reeve suit, and i grew to like the Henry Cavill suit too, and as for the red trunks, im okay with retaining them in one form or another, though the hugely iconic and instantly recognisable "S" symbol should not change, a slight variation is acceptable, though it cannot be changed and especially not to a point where people will view it and try to work out what they're looking at, it needs to be instantly recognisable, the same rule applies to other internal logos including McDonald's, Mitsubishi, Nike, Coca-Cola etc, etc...if it aint broken don't fix it. I truly hope that Gunn doesn't make a huge mess of this, so far he isnt doing well, and i really hope this new Superman movie is a huge success, not for Gunn's sake but for the sake of Superman and his huge legion of fans, we're seriously fatigued and disappointed with WB terrible mismanagement of the DC brand. Look up in the sky, its a bird?, its a plane?, no its Superman!
