Feel the burn with this total upper body superset strength at home workout! All you need for this workout are your dumbbells and 20 minutes!
We hit every major muscle group in our upper body as we work our arms, shoulders, chest, and back!
This workout is structured in a superset style, which means we will work two exercises with no rest time. We will work through each superset twice. Each exercise we work for 40 seconds and then will get a short recovery to go into our next superset! This is about maxing out and making the most of YOUR strength training!
FOCUS on form and quality, not the number of reps. Take additional recovery when needed, work at your own pace, pick a weight that challenges you- this is how we BUILD that strength and definition! Most of all, give this 20 minutes all you got, and let's kick butt!
