The Bell Bros (Mark Bell & Chris Bell) explain a few changes they've made in their life to help them lose fat and get healthy. This includes walking and changing their eating habits.. Mark goes in depth on the benefits of doing daily walks - along with the importance of protein in one's diet - and how it can be used to curb hunger.

I've been walking too. But I discovered walking on incline is better than flat surface in terms of burning more calories. good to mix it up with treadmill and outdoors

I've tracked my steps for years. Living in my parents house(a not small house) compared to living in an apartment lead to a difference of 3-4K steps, even with the same amount of walking outside.

loved what chris said about buying a whole watermelon to do more work. i think this applies to cooking/cleaning vs. buying pre-made meals with disposable containers. it's more rewarding and purposeful to execute more of the processes required to eat (or do anything) than less, assuming time/finances/capability one a person's part to do so. cheers, gentlemen.

Ironically my goal has been 20000 and the most I’ve hit in a day this month as just over 50000. It all started with the ten minute walk after meals and I just kept pushing more and more and more.

That ten minutes walk thing is fine if you are at home and have a treadmill. Otherwise it's usually a hassle and sedentary people stare at buff walkers.

Pretty please, make an Nsima "naturals only" training, TRT and enhancements helps..... A LOT! lets not sugar coat it, we cant all commit to that, we need REAL world stuff and include Chris if he isn't using it to patch bad habit like I am, I drink too much, im working my way back but cannot do trt or enhancements...... please.
@SloansAbroad

All of this is real world stuff. You can do it, stop making excuses. I'm a mother of four and I lift, run, walk, stretch. Before I had this most recent baby I was pulling 335 lb in the gym. You don't need enhancements to do this kind of stuff, he has his reasons and I respect them.
