Emilia brings Shannon to Court for child support of their child. Shannon believes since Emilia makes more money and "wanted the child more" than she did, Amelia should not receive child support from her? Is her rationale correct?

Custodial parent could be a millionaire but the other parent is still obligated to provide for the child
@MikeS-73 жыл бұрын
If that millionaire is a man, he'll be fleeced to near bankruptcy in the family court. His odds of having custody range in the 5-10%, so his ex-wife is going to be getting a BIG payday of child support (includes a transfer of wealth to her) plus alimony. @@micki_cam5740 well the mother could change to what type of festival she goes. there are enough options that are also friendly to a child. I mean she is there (in her words) to work. You know how woman had to fight for their rights. Men need to get together and fight for a change in divorce and child support court. It's way uneven in America. There are so many women that will take out their anger on aman by making it completely miserable to see their children. If a man wants to see his kids without drama he has to pay a lawyer a ton of money, meanwhile the mom is not paying a dime to get the child support. A woman who truly loves their child would not interfere with father child relationship.
