Supreme Court appears poised to reject abortion pill challenge, two years after overturning Roe

In the first major challenge to abortion rights since overturning Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court on Tuesday heard oral arguments in a case that could determine nationwide access to mifepristone. The so-called abortion pill was used in nearly two-thirds of all abortions last year.

The access to or need to have access to the pills wouldn't be so prevalent if more women, especially younger women, had access to places like planned parenthood where a young woman would be able to see and speak with a doctor so they access risk. Less access to healthcare is going to cause more problems.

Well they closed down the state funded hospitals. Places you could get treatment for a good price. I was born in one. It cost my parents almost nothing. But it's gone now.

A doctor's responsibility is to their patients' health and well-being. There is no room for a doctor's politics and "preferences." If they don't do what is best for their patients' well-being, both in a physical sense and an overall sense, they don't get to be doctors. It's as simple as that.

It is a very valuable medication that helps a lot of women and young ladies that need it medically the most. It does not need to be removed from existence and the benefits very clearly outweigh the risks by far.
