This is the first video I've seen on this channel. Great enthusiasm and a very comprehensive review. I'll certainly be back. I haven't played the Thunderbolt, but the Black Magick I played was amazing. Though I need another amp like a hole in the head, I think I'll probably end up with a Supro.

love the videos brother. keep it real. your joy and honesty when you find gear that moves you is clear to see and enjoyable to share. i've wanted a supro for the longest time - but when i tried the royal reverb and black magick in person i found them to be a little stiff. i felt let down. i never even tried the thunderbolt for whatever reason. i think i had a bias against the 15 if im being honest. after watching this - especially the clean tones you were able to show with the frb pedal - i had to try one. i found a used one about an hour twenty up the highway and ended up trying it and bringing it home the same day! lol much love and thanks from west virginia

So with the tone control, it really acts as a bass/treble cut, depending on where you set the dial. This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for: One control to do it all {well, almost}. Sounds great too.

Beautiful natural tube breakup and distortion when cranked. I own one of these babies... but, live in an apartment. Have yet to crank it. Rely upon a Plimsoul or Fuzzface. Great with either.. depending upon what I'm going for. Great amp.

Found a 1966 Thunderbolt with 15" Speaker that toured as USO Amp during Vietnam War and can Say this might be the Best Amp I ever owned or played through, 1 Volume, 1 Tone and just Turn it to Max and use Guitar to control Output

I loved this video, I tried this amp and I love it. I preferred it over the Dual Tone & Black Magick. The nice saturation made every note sing and sustain. How would you rate it compared to Amps from other companies?
