I thought I would do something a little different this time around. Instead of species-specific targetting let's try filming one of our beach camping adventures now that it's starting to warm up a little. There's also a bit on reading surf formation (and why waves break) which can be a bit tricky to understand at first.
We were quite surprised to see how the summer troops were out in full force, considering that October had only just started! We spent pretty much the whole night chasing bites. Prepped only with nylon on our reels we really got it handed to us.
Luckily for us, the surf zone is subject to so much change and with a little patience we finally connected with some Dusky Kob and Leervis specimens. Makes you appreciate these guys so much more.
Let me know in the comment section if you're digging this "Adventure Series". Next time I reckon we travel a bit further to a lil shack on the cliffsides in search of summer pelagics.
