Thanks for watching everyone!! I was surfing a new board & could barely do a turn haha but wanted to share a NEW location with you guys and some glassy conditions 🙌🏽 It was really tricky and sectiony to ride. But I’ll be back on a better day for redemption… on a better board too 😂

@@omerseas111 wasn’t the length or volume. Something is up with the outline. Jasper got the same model and said the same thing. Just doesn’t do what you want it to do

Hey Noz I got a fibreglass board on Saturday and it was to small so I went to return it with my mum, and I got another one it’s a Flanagan 5ft 8 with a swallow tail. I just wanted to ask, I’ve heard that they are less balanced and it will take a while to get used to?? I’m just asking will it take awhile to get used to and do you think in a couple of sessions I’ll get used to it?? Thank you Noz! Kind regards.

Thank you legend! And great question - I haven’t used them myself. I still think thrusters are the best all-round. Toledo has done well with quads and Kelly Slater loves them in the tube. But when I have surfed them, they feel too loose for me. I prefer having that hold/drive from the middle fin 🙌🏽

Thank you legend!! ^ what Asher said is not the reason I don’t name locations (but could happen). It’s not out of fear of being harmed that I don’t name locations, it’s out of respect for locals ✊🏽 For example, this video has done 10k views in 20 hours. Lets say 1% of those viewers live in the area (100 people) and I name a spot. Maybe 10 of them rock up next time it’s good. And boom I’ve just blown a quiet spot. I don’t want to be responsible for that and I’m sure you and every other surfer likes to keep their spots private. But let’s say I surf Snapper Rocks, Bells Beach & Margert River. They’re WSL stops and everyone already knows them. Maybe I could do a rating after surfing those. But again, the stigma in surf culture of keeping surf spots quiet is probably the reason I wouldn’t make that type of content 😅 Hope this explains it properly! Thanks legend, I love the ideas though. Keep them coming 🤝🏽
