Was very good for practicing with my new long island mossel with the lean genesis❤😃 Great exercise to learn the kickturn-like-movements..something that i didnt that extensively..improvet backside turn in general with this exercise i feel 😍😍 thank you very much for posting videos with exercises like that still!
