makkelijke koekjes
Surinaamse Maizena Koekjes zijn ook wel bekend als gommakoekjes. Dan zijn ze meestal gemaakt met gommapoeder, van cassave. Deze smakelijke koekjes danken hun feestelijke look aan de suikermuisjes (spikkels) on top.
Het is een heerlijk makkelijk snel recept.
Ingrediënten:
125 g ongezouten roomboter
125 g kristalsuiker
1 ei Middelgroot
250 gram Maizena (1 pakje)
1 tl Vanille extract
1 tl Amandel extract
snufje zout
en
discodip
Dit heb je nodig:

bakpapier
er komen 28 deegballetjes.
