Syd you are so good to him. Also I have an associates degree in culinary arts so here’s some tips. Beef can be eaten at any temp (even raw). Chicken must be 165 degrees in the thickest part. And if it’s a leg or wing check the temp at the joint. And pork must be at 146. Good luck honey.
