You are one great son. The best part of the rebuild was, when your father asked you for a hug and you obliged. What a magical moment.

If my Dad had lived, I could picture my youngest sister and I doing stuff like this with him. He had 5 daughters and Chele and I were the closest he had to having sons (or so we were told LOL). He loved working on his cars and was also bitten by the photography bug (again, so are Chele and I). He passed at 53 and would have been 98 this year. I think he would have loved #BleepinJeep. So sweet to see you do this for your Dad. Loved the "give me a hug" from him!

I have watched along for the entire build and I must admit it has brought a tear to my eye far more than once! I truly do regret not being able to do something like this for my dad when he was still here with us. We were super close but I was just never able to afford any kind of a build for him. I always wanted to build a '32 Chevy sedan for him on a restomod platform (a '32 sedan was his first car). I would really like to put one together in his memory before I die but who knows... From the bottom of my heart, thank you for doing this for him, for being such an awesome son, to Josh for helping out so much, and especially for allowing me (us) to come along for the ride!!!!! I'm really looking forward to seeing your future escapades and shenanigans!!!
