Surron Ultra Bee Ride in Idaho

I had an incredibly fun ride with my Dad today! We both got the Surron Ultra Bee a few months ago, and I can't seem to stay off of it. It's my favorite dirt bike I've ever ridden so far. The fun factor is off the charts. My next move is to upgrade the battery. Today we went 17.5 miles and I had 39% battery remaining.

I got my Ultra Bee this spring and it has been tons of fun. Bought the battery and controller upgrade and excited to see how much it extends the range. From what I hear it is quite significant.

I like the growl and whine of an engine, and the gear noise is distracting, but I can see the perks of instant on/off power, no clutching, and no noise when you stop.

Those look super fun! I’ve been wondering about electric dirt bikes. I don’t typically ride extreme terrain like that but I’ve been riding electric bikes near my home in the NorCal mountains the last two summers. I’ve gone at least 400 miles this year. Super fun and I really enjoy it. Thanks for sharing

Perfect STOL cross training!🤠 I’ve been looking for something to help gather cattle that isn’t as “explosive” as a 2 cycle dirt bike. Wide tire mini bikes were at the top of the list…until now😁. Appreciate you sharing your experience! Excellent editing BTW.

Nice riding! Great to see a father and daughter riding together. I ride faster and with a lot more confidence on my Ultra Bee than I ever did with my 300.

I agree, I am hoping that somebody makes an extension battery that fits under the seat. I have heard that it is in the works.

pretty cool video! I'd love to have one and ride it from my home to the trails. Just not sure how well they'd do/last riding in the mountains at 9-10,000 ft with no cell service.

Those look like so much fun! I'm 5ft 6in and my WR450F is so big. I have a lowering link and have internally lowered my front and rear suspension and I still have trouble putting a foot out and holding myself up when needed in rocky sections. The smooth linear powerband and smaller standover height looks so inviting! What range are you getting on those? That rear tire Steve's bike looks skinny! Light weight and manageable.... Damn I need one!

Yeah, wow. That seems really exciting. Like taking my electric weed eater out in the yard and givin' er' a nice rippin'. That just looks embarrassing... at least you are being respectful of the Forest db levels.

I am a proud owner of the same bike and I would say it's more embarrassing for the gassers that can't keep up. Just sayin. 😎
