Ingredients:
For Half Fry:
2 tbsp Oil
1 Egg
1 tsp Green Garlic
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Ginger Green Chilly Paste
1/4 tsp Fresh Coriander
1/4 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
For Sabji:
1 tsp
1 tbsp Chopped Onion
1 tbsp Chopped Tomato
1 tsp Green Garlic
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1/2 tsp Ginger Green Chilly Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
Salt
Water as Require
1 Boiled Egg
For Serving:
Pav, Chopped Onion, Tomato and Lemon
Above Quantity Makes 1 Dish.

Ek number recipe bhai, I might have seen some other egg gotalo recipes but your's is simple and perfect. I made this and believe me it came out dhaba style. My wife loved it. Right portion of onion and tomatoes are important. I used do it random quantity but this time used as per your suggestions, made 8 egg gotala. Maja aa gaya, good job keep it up.

Use masala which comes in loose packing, most masala store sell its, common garam masala which used for all sabji, else everest also has garam masala which can use in any sabji

Nice. But u always use green garlic which is available only in winter n it enhance the taste of the recipe far more than dry r normal garlic we use everyday. 👍👍👍👍👍
