If you want to have delicious and best ghotala in mumbai then go to Borivali West, Shimpoli police station, near reliance mall, opposite of Main gate of The Sallute bar(now closed) there's Mulla ji he sits on footpath that's where his kitchen setup is Daily Post 6-7pm. How to Identify : There are many rickshaw near that footpath and there's chai tapri beside where he's seated so you'll have to look for it properly. (A real hidden food gem of mumbai)
