Maria really misread how much people despise Q, how much people like Charlie, and how much they view HER as the threat. If she had her finger on the pulse of the game - she would have told Q to play his idol no matter what, and she would have had *another* amazing blindside to add to her resume.

I literally clapped when Q was voted out. 👏 The look on Maria’s face was priceless. 😂. I’m rooting for Kenzie to win, but I would also be happy if Charlie wins.

I JUST REALIZED WHAT IS THE BIGGEST TELL OF WHO WINS EACH SEASON IN THE NEW ERA! The title of every episode either has something to do with the winner or came out of their mouths and was shown in the final edit of the episode. I only just thought of this with the 4-4 tie theory. Remember premerge they built up Charlie and Ben's relationship and how close they were (and we can still see they're close), so it could really come down to that with it being a tossup on who Ben votes. It's not just guaranteed it goes to Kenzie.

I’m envisioning a split vote : Kenzie and Charlie. Ben will be the last jury member to vote. He will vote Kenzie and then afterward will realize that he actually meant to vote Charlie 😅😂

I do wonder how much Kenzie making a big deal over Ben accidentally voting for her was a subtle strategy to plant seeds that Ben is a really careless player. Just in case she has to sit next to him in FTC and argue who deserves the social win.

33:17 I don’t think that’s what they do in the new era. I can’t think of a single time in 41-45 where more than one idol at a time was found post-merge. For instance, when Maryanne and Drea both played theirs, we only ever saw one idol get found afterwards.

Oh my God! You guys killed it, as usual! I love Kenzie so much and how she takes care of Ben even though he wrote her name down. I love that you put this photo of her on here doing the "Q" symbol with her hands. Kenzie is the anti-Boston Rob or Russell because she has such a good heart and cares about people! I love her and think she is a super rad human and such a rare thing for contestants on this show to be so caring about others! It speaks volumes about her as a person and her character!

Q getting taken out with the idol in his pocket. That's the best conclusion to this Q arc. After 4 votes in a row of blindsides thinking Q would go. 3 of which had idols in there pocket. For Q to be taken out the same way, priceless.

I’d love to see Malcolm back on any season whether it be Survivor 50 or Aussie Survivor. Hasn’t played since Game Changers, and won’t be that big of a threat due to him being taken out very early that season, plus he hasn’t played in like 10 years.

1:21:31 Liz brings Mo back from the pre-jury trip (or whatever) to do the firemaking challenge for her. They swap socks and glasses to get away with it, hence that scene when they’re complimenting each other from the sit out benches.

Today’s vote felt more like a Kenzie move than a Charlie move to me. Charlie came across a little bit dodo where he had no idea that he was potentially getting idoled out, and it was basically Kenzie and Liz who saved him by pulling the wool over Maria’s eyes and convincing her that Q was safe. Charlie wasn’t really in control of the outcome here, Kenzie and Liz were, and the fact that her name isn’t being mentioned at all among all the chaos is a testament that she’s the best player on that beach, regardless of the outcome of the season.

Since Maria was the only one Q told about the idol, she might be the only person that knows an idol is still out there. So she could very well go and find it next round.

HUGE mistake Maria, convince Q he needs to play the idol, she can then write down Q's name, NOT Charlie's, so no one questions the 2 Charlie votes, and Q's vote would have eliminated Maria's threat (Charlie) without suspicion, plus flushes the idol and leaves the other 4 SHOCKED! Would have been the move of the season, a season with PATHETIC idol play. Now she has to return to camp and explain her decision to put his name down. Why would she believe that the others, who can't stand Q, would vote Charlie. RIDICULOUS!!! This could EASILY be her million-dollar mistake. She BETTER win immunity again, or hand the Million to Charlie.

I have no emotional connection with Maria. She took Q over Liz and i think that forced Charlie to take Liz.

Hear me out on this. I get some of the edgic stuff and what not, but what if Survivor is continuing on it's run of red herrings and Charlie and Kenzie are both the next two to go?

Kenzie is the winner. It’s been obvious since about episode 3 and I’m not wavering from it. She’s shown so many unnecessary times as the narrator and she’s the most social player. She’s not disliked by anyone. I hope it’s Charlie though since he’s about the only good player there lol.

I am so rooting for Maria, even though I have basically no faith that she will survive the next round, her edit still gives final boss who now started her falldown, but I love the gamesavy cutthroat mom archetype

I see Kenzie as more a product of the edit than her actual gameplay. I mean she's likeable but is she more likeable than Charlie or Ben? Has she had bigger moves than Charlie or Maria? Kenzie is only a frontrunner because of the edit.

Ya know, if Kenzie does clean sweep the jury, I think she still gets a Perfect Game. After all, Kenzie's name was never written down. Kensey was written down!

I wonder if people are extra apprehensive about playing their idols due to the difficulty of obtaining them nowadays. When you think about it premerge idols are a huge hassle to obtain / deal with. I think this kind of encourages people to use them defensively. I'm not sure when we will see a meta shift but I wonder if at this point in the game that it might be best to use an idol immediately in an offensive manner. The problem with this though is New era players will instantly want to Target that person the following tribal so the show is kind of in a really weird spot when it comes to idols it almost feels like there's no way to use them anymore or there's almost no point in them. Maybe they should start putting other advantages to be found at camp kind of like what they did with the knowledge is power in season 43

Q was the CARRYING this season. Such a shame that he is gone. But trusting Liz and Kenzie that much is the literal definition of BIG MISTAKE. I could understand if it was Charlie and Ben fakes him out thinking they are voting out Kenzie. But trusting the 2 people that hate you the most in Liz and Kenzie is insane lololol

Maria sank her game by being overconfident. Its pretty obvious she voted for Charlie. Her only hope is winning immunity next time, which maybe... but she really misread the room and gace Q bad advice. I cant believe he didnt play his idol.

My theory based on the edit: 5th: Charlie goes out 4th: Liz loses in fire 3rd: Ben (0 vote finalist) 2nd: Maria 1st: Kenzie (wins in a 4-4 tie plus Ben tiebreaking vote)

For me, it will be a tie between Charlie and Kenzie. Ben will be the third finalist to do the tiebreaker and vote for K, because of her humanity that they have shown in the different scenes.

Maria should have told everyone to vote for Q, including her, then told Q what she was doing and then had him vote for Charlie and play his idol. A bad on Charlie was that almost the whole episode he kept saying “oh Maria would never try to vote me out” while she was. And like you said he said there would definitely never be an idol and then cut to them looking for one and one being found by Q
