as someone who has a lot of monitors, it happens slowly. the first time, you're like, 'whoa, I can have things on two screens at the same time!' then you get accustomed to having two monitors and both of the monitors get too crowded and you're like, 'hey, I should get another monitor' I have 8 monitors right now, and it's started to feel like I'm running out of space again already... it'll probably only be another month or so before I end up buying another one...
