It took me back years when I tasted it ! John took a bowl to work yesterday and people asked what the delicious smell was 😂😂 my meat was chopped small so you may need a bit longer cooking if your meat is bigger xxx

That does look very tasty , as always thank you for sharing, susie, look after that back, I speak to you from experience. Yes butlers empire is a good channel and both helpful nice people, why can’t folk just leave you folk, alone, guess they must be sad people. Thing being no one’s asks them to watch things , so if they don’t like don’t watch. So I am with with susie. X

Hi Karen , yes my back is taking its time to settle ! I twisted it when I had Paige in the wheelchair !! Her chair is huge , it was moulded for her and it is not easy to work with , I am being very careful trying to get it settled . I feel the same as you why hurt people !! I just don’t get that at all , as you say just don’t watch move on !

@@cookingwithsusie Hello Susie sadly it’s some peoples pleasure upsetting others , Sorry about how you hurt you back so easy to just move wrong isn’t it. Please please take care, from a long time back suffer , years ago it was all lifting patients about wasn’t it, as mine was trying to support a patient in their wheelchair who was falling out. I should have let them fall but tried to prevent that happening, Never mind the damage for me is done and in a way guess my fsult. After it recovered it was several years after when the trouble really started. Hug hugs look after yourself.

Susie I was a Butcher for 20 years in the past that’s when Butchers was proper Butchers and was just dealing in meat none of this selling eggs etc 😉 Scrag end is indeed neck of lamb it would be the bonier part on the neck attached to the head. I Love Neck of lamb Stew but best of all treat yourself to neck of lamb fillets which is the meat boned out complete from both sides of the neck bone, totally Delicious 😋

Hi Andrew , I do buy neck fillets from Waitrose and they are delicious although I find them so pricey now about £8 per fillet ! Although Lamb in general is expensive, I grew up when it was quite cheap 😂 . Thanks for that information I miss the days of real butchers . I think mama used the bones to make a fabulous broth then added to it , we always had a bowl with fresh bread it was so delicious xxx

@@cookingwithsusie Susie there is online Butchers that sell a whole leg of Lamb for under £12 every other week called The Fat Butchers, you obviously have to buy a few more items but it’s worth I think considering the cost of a Leg and as you said lamb in general I can’t believe you say Waitrose charges £8 for a single fillet that’s outrageous but it is Waitrose I bet a local butcher would do them for less than that if you asked. I’m looking forward to some Oxtail Stew Slowed Cooked in the 15-1 soon now 😋

@@andrewthomas3270 gosh I love oxtail soup , thanks for that Andrew we live in Salisbury and it seems it is only supermarket butchers . We did live in a village about 10 miles outside of Salisbury and I loved the butchers there , occasionally I drive over just to buy meat . I love my 15 in 1 too xx

Susie another online Butcher who also has I think 4 shops in Leeds West Yorkshire (What part are you from?) is Bennett’s Butchers. The owner Phil has a KZfaq channel and posts a Super Sunday every Sunday, I have bought many times from Phil as well. Worth a look even if you don’t buy yourself I think 😋
