@@arjitagrawal4240 JASO MA2 lubricant (eg. motul 5100) for bikes with wet clutch, which needs extra acceleration since anti-slip clutch additive added. JASO MA2 is not fit on scooter since the engine hidden induce higher engine temperature excalete higher friction thus it needs friction modifier additive added lubricant. If it's hard to find JASO MB lubricant, you may use 10w40 engine oil, API SJ or higher. it would good enough for the Suzuki Address scooter.

In Indonesia, Suzuki motorbikes are the brand with the best quality materials. I like and enjoy this Suzuki Address motorbike. Comfortable, sturdy frame, fuel efficient and very easy and cheap engine maintenance. I just checked this O Ring wiped it clean and put it back in side the housing where it belongs. It would be handy if 2 New O Rings came with the Filter. It does for my Royal Enfield.

Good step by step video .A video for valve control had been estimated. How often should such a thing be done ? km?
@MechitBetter
@MechitBetter 5 жыл бұрын
Thank you 👍 The valve clearances should be checked first at 1000km, then at 4000km and 8000km, and then every 4000km after that (12k, 16k, 20k etc). When I get around to checking mine, I’ll make a video of the process.

Very good video, thanks! Where did you get the service manual? I'm looking for one on the internet, but unfortunately I can't find one. Thanks

Hey, thanks! There isn’t a manual that’s publicly available. The Suzuki dealers have one for their own mechanics, but I’ve not managed to get them to share it yet! They have usually been willing to do me a little print out from it if there’s a specific job I need to do. It might be worth asking your local dealer. You might have more luck than I’ve had. If you do, send me a copy! 👍

Hiya Richard. I couldn’t say for certain where you’d get one other than the main dealer. I’ve had a few bits direct from Suzuki and they’ve always been sensibly priced 👍

Hi thank you for the videos they’ve helped me out on my address on many occasions. installed a new battery about a month ago but today my address won’t start on the button ? Just wondered if there was anything I could check ?

If you have a multimeter you can check the voltage before you start it. It should be around 12.7v if it’s fully charged. Anything near 12.2v is low. Then if possible, see what the voltage dips to as you try to start the bike. If it drops drastically then the battery could be damaged. It has been cold though, and the battery is only tiny on the Address. Cold weather will make it harder to start so the battery needs to be well charged. Of course, it could be a different problem entirely. What symptoms are you getting?

I just want to ask a question. The yellow light that comes on when you start the Suzuki address 110 sometimes stays on while it is moving. What really happens?

I'm needing to replace my rear tyre, do you recommend swapping from the stock IRC tyre to another brand?

Hi Ian. I’d probably change it while the opportunity presents itself. I have a Michelin Pilot Street on the rear and it’s great. I’ll change the front to the same when it’s due 👍

Thank for sharing your wonderful experience. I have question for my scooter (Suzuki address 110). Last week, my scooter didn't start the engine, the led didnt work too. I was found the issues is the low battery and I charge it. However, today it still same which doesn't start the engine. I checked led, horn, signal work, but I cant make it fires up. Do I need check bugi or somethings else. Please help! Melbourne doesn't have many services and I am international student. Many thanks.

Hiya Mike. Did you replace the battery with a new one? Perhaps the battery is internally damaged, and cannot hold a charge. Do you have any facilities to measure the battery voltage?

New to scooters and thinking about buying this model in Thailand. A few questions - 1) Does the bike require valve adjustment as well? If so, is it locknut or shim. I'm assuming locknut. 2) What's the secondary short lever for on the left (I assume the left lever is rear brake like a bicycle)? Awesome video. Will come in handy should I choose this or a similar model. Also looking at the Fazzio. Thanks again!

Hi. This bike will need the valve clearances checking occasionally. If they need adjusting, they are of a locknut type. It’s very easy to adjust them, but they rarely need adjustment anyway. The left lever is for the rear brake. There short lever in front of that is to allow you to lock the rear brake on if you need to. Perhaps if you’re facing downhill etc. it acts like the hand-brake in a car. I hope that helps. These Suzuki scooters are excellent 👍

2:31 I have 2013 Suzuki Let's 110 with same engine like Address. I clean a drain plug and o-ring with soapy water and dry it to make sure when I put it back and tighten it won't leak again.

Hi Andres. The 90ml of oil is the same as the engine oil. It’s the same for both 👍

Im about to change my gear oil, and I just watched your video to see what type of oil you use. So I just use my engine oil? - 10w40 silkolene pro4 fully synthetic? Thought I should use the can of 80w90 hypoid gearoil that I have on the shelf from previous ownerships of honda motorcycles with shaftdrive.. But no? Just engine oil?

Hi, before seeing this vid I accidently removed the smaller bolt thinking it was the sump plug bolt, can anyone tell me what that bolt is for? Its the 12mm one just above the sump plug. I put it back in and followed this vid but now the bike wont start.
