I take off throttle form my 2004 Suzuki grand vitara and cleaned it put it back on and the vehicle is throttle high. Rev count is at one constantly when the vehicle is started.

I think it should be a faulty throttle position sensor, check it with tester, there are some good videos on youtube how to test it

hello, you should begin with cleaning throttle body and PCV valve, also check vacuum leaks, ignition coils...

yes, you can adjust it with little screw on throttle lever, but I would not do that, first figure out what is the cause of low idle

no, it can decrease fuel consumption, that's why it should be cleaned
