- 1/4th Tsp Cardamom Powder
- Pinch Nutmeg Powder
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
For Gravy:
- 1/2 Cup Cashew (Paste)
- 5 Onion (Boiled & Paste)
- 2 Tomato (Boiled & Paste)
- 2 to 3 Kashmiri Red Chilli
- 1/4th Cup Curd
- 1/4th Cup Cream
- 2 to 3 Tbsp Desi Ghee
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1/2 Mace
- 2 to 3 Green Cardamom
- 1 1/2 Tsp Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli Paste
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4th Tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Dry Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder)
- Salt to Taste
- Milk as Required
- 1 Tsp Kasoori Methi
- 2 Tbsp Above mentioned Stuffing
