My name is Eric and I travel with my cat, “Jax” in a 2001 Chevy Fleetwood Tioga Arrow 24D Class C RV. We travel about 35 miles a day chasing 70 degrees year-round. Here is my gear & some popular questions answered:

The amount of work you do to produce these videos as often as you do is very laudatory. The filming, the editing, and the research has to be very time consuming. Do you ever get tired of the constant traveling, since you never seem to stay in one spot for very long? Thank god you have Jax, another wise I think it would get lonely for you. Great job of sharing your adventure and I love the way you stop at quirky things.

That bridge brought back memories, we use to have one just like it here, instead of pavement it has an open metal grate that you can see through. I hated crossing that bridge the metal floor caused the wheels to sway back and forth. They tore it down many years ago, probably Iowa is planning on doing the same thing and it was just as narrow as the one you crossed. Iowa is beautiful. I'm really enjoying this beautiful fall trip down the Mississippi, and something I didn't think you would do as you like to follow the 70 plus degree temperatures. The Potosi Brewery was an interesting tour.

I tried to ignore it, I really did, but then you did the closeup and I couldn't anymore. It's duckweed. 3 leaves with tiny roots from the center, it's a plant that floats on water. It is not algae and does not feel slimey. Feels like wet confetti. It's also not in any way toxic.

I liked the old tv there at around 12:00 the commerical they were showing was for hamns beer, with the hamns bear. I remember watching those on tv as a kid

Lots of beer and park overnight. 👍 I did this at an early dinner at a steakhouse paid by my employer. (Company event) Slept in my converted van 2 or 3 hours to sober up. Very cool Eric!

One thing I do miss about the Seattle area IS Rainier Beer because I can't get it shipped anywhere near me. The model trains are cool then again my better half is nuts for model railroading. Glad to see Jax is looking well.

When you get to praire du chein, Wisconsin cross over to Marquette, Iowa to head to Pike’s Peak State Park. The overlook of the Mississippi is absolutely beautiful in the fall. It is also way up off the river. I have tent camp there many (35) years ago with my wife. You will not be disappointed.

I have always heard it is exceptionally beautiful in that area, but you must not have noticed when he showed the map on this video that it showed he has already passed that spot and was only about an hour north of Dubuque IA when he was in Potosi WI in this video.

Woah Eric! That narrow bridge had me cringing. I am currently awaiting my RV repair shop to complete repairs on my rig after smacking into the Hoh River bridge at the Hoh Oxbow Campground. You know... the bridge so narrow they didn't have room to paint a fog line. Crazy!
