(Tambda rassa /curry /रस्सा) =
poppy seeds - 2 tbls /खसखस
cashew nut-7-8 /काजू
(Mutton curry & dry mutton) =
onion - 3 / कांदे
ginger - 2 inch /आले
garlic pods - 25 /लसूण पाकळ्या
coconut - 1 bowl /खोबरे
coriander seeds - 1 tbls /धणे
sesame seeds - 2 tbls /तिळ
coriander leaves - 1 cup /कोथिंबीर
black pepper - 4-5 / मिरे
clove-4 / लवंग
cumin seeds - 1 /2 tsp / जिरे
