The Archer just like every other type of weapon Sweden produces is designed with one single purpose: to help a conscription based army fight a numerically superior Russian invasion. We hoped we would never need to use them and spent decades building them just in case.

All Swedish weapons systems are specifically designed to fight a Russian invasion force in very much the same way Ukraine unfortunately actually is fighting right now. Sadly, we have not yet been able to supply Gripen fighter jets, but hopefully this will change once we are members of NATO.

For a nation that hasn't gone to war for a very long time the Swedes build some truly exception weapons systems. Maybe Ukraine can get some JAS 39 Gripens as well now that Sweden is a NATO member.

VERY good news. Archer is truly excellent Howitzer; Ukraine should consider get license to produce in Ukraine or join venture or licensed 2 produce!
