Your videos have been helping me to get through the mental strain of liking Sweden and dealing with my wife's depression , trying to help her to get out of that mental state... Since we got here (I came with a job offer), she could not find a job and we made almost no friends, except for friendly people at work. She's totally isolated and don't consider leaving home anymore, because, why bother if everyone just smile and wave. Lately I'm feeling helpless on how to deal with this and keeping a straight face... Thanks for the videos, gives me a lot of parameters and also makes me laugh a lot (you remember me about my brother's humor).

I had my 2nd Swedish Christmas this year, and had a more traditional celebration, scary Santa came and handed out the gifts and we had to bow to him, and the sacrifice was the smallest child

The Danish Christmas is quite similiar. We do pretty much the same. We just don't have the orgy after. My issue as a child was all my friends families had Christmas the next day which left me with nothing to do. Terrible eh.Merry Christmas Mr. Fish Slappee

The Santa handling presents out , the youngest cleaning up, lots of meat food and family, seem like a normal USA Christmas lol. We failed to have the blood sacrifices or oden presents, that definitely would have made it more interesting ;) Happy holidays
