This sweet aromatic did not disappoint and is indeed...a sweet bomb...but with delightful rich tones of vanilla desserts like custard tart, pina colada and crema catalan.

What a lovely pipe! I enjoy my tobacco dry. I tried to dry some Molto Dolce. I spread it out on paper towels for 2 weeks, turning it daily. It only dried slightly. After a week back in the jar the moisture returned. It’s magic! Enjoy the beautiful day🌞

Molto Dolce is a nice blend. At first when I tried it I was a bit turned off by how wet it was, but with some dry time it is a delicious blend. Thanks for sharing.

I've watched four of the videos of your "Sweet Bomb" series and as usual all excellent reviews. This blend Molto Doce sounds the most tempting for me. It sounds a lot like Wilke's No. 191 which used I used to smoke and Erik Stokkebye's 4th Generation 1897 blend which I would like to try. Thank you again for the wonderful reviews.

I've found that drying doesn't seem to help, at least for me. I just smoke it wet, with that snap, crackle, and pop on the first light. Fantastic stuff, if you like aromatics as I do on occasion. Creme brulee is the name of the bulk version, quite apropos a name I'd say.

Got a question for ya buddy, you know of a good tobacco blend that has a nice bakery vanilla cookies room note to it? I been looking for a blend that resembles that and so far haven't had any luck so figured I'd ask ya maybe you may have a suggestion there.😁

Tony513 Thats a good question! Well, Scotty’ Pancake blend might be a good suggestion. Jeff of the Aromatix did a review of that one and you can buy it from 4noggins.com I ordered some based on Jeff’s review and its wonderful description. Otherwise, maybe Boswell’s Christmas Cookie or Cupcake. Take care ol chum😊😊

Great review! I almost bought a tin of Molto Dolce and Eileen’s Dream but I decided to wait until next pay day...I can enjoy my order from Wilke when it arrives. Have you tried Autumn Evening? That is a nice aromatic. Great music as always! I wonder if you like Bedrich Smetana? His composition, Má Vlast is so beautiful. Take care my friend!

Oh the lighter in my honor hahaha. And it is a sweet bomb hu? On the tin note i could smel a good hint of mint and the stickyness is the honey i think that is why it does not dry so good. But i'm out of M.D. :( Smoked it to the verry last crum :) Great video again with an awesome looking churchwarden pipe. Just microwave it for 10 seconds and it takes care of the problem. I been doing this after I learned it from someone else.

I've had Cream Brulee, 1-Q & 1M. All have fallen short for me and have become nothing more then hot tasteless tobacco. I wanted to try Molto Dolce in hopes it's the one aro that gives me that sweetness I'm looking for. Have you had or heard of anyone having this problem? I hope I'm not someone who just can't taste aromatics.

Its possible you may have tongue bite or possibly smoke too fast if you only get heat and no taste. A few questions though…Do you use a filter?….do you have a meerschaum pipe? The filter will reduce the steam and a meerschaum pipe will give you a dry smoke with more flavor. If…you think your palate is impaired by tongue bite, a Biotene mouth wash may help to heal your tongue. A churchwarden pipe allows a cooler smoke also. A few days not smoking may also help to restore your flavor sense. Molto Dolce is a heavily topped, very sweet aromatic but needs to be dried and smoked very slowly. If you no feeling of tongue burn and your taste while eating sweet foods is ok, it may only be the tempo of your smoke and/or the level of hydration of your tobacco that needs adjusting. I hope these points give you some possible solutions to investigate 😉

@@RedcoatsReturn This was kinda disappointing actually. You hit all, but one issue. I have tried smoking slow, smoking fast & long as well as switching from Cob to Briar. This all started a couple weeks ago after I started venturing into English blends. I sometimes use a filter and my palate is fine as I'm a Scotch drinker and don't knock it back. Also I'm an ex chef, so... let's hope I don't lose my taste of pork chops, lol. So I'm sure I don't have tongue bite. A couple weeks ago I found myself searching for flavor. Like really trying to concentrate on finding a taste sipping slowly and properly. The one thing I've never done is dry out my tobacco. I don't have a Meerschaum or a churchwarden, yet. I smoke a lot of CULT when I am smoking (3 maybe 4 times a week) and that's pretty wet. Never had a problem. I've been look for an aro with a 4 or 5 rating thinking I just need something stronger. @@caburtnett1980 You are not alone Chris with this issue. I have problems with my flavor perception too, its a dynamic sensory variability that is not so uncommon I think. Sometimes its tongue exhaustion from smoking I think and needs a rest. Sometimes I switch to English Blends for a while or a Codger blend like Carter Hall. The other ideas we discussed help me sometimes too. Its part of the mystery of pipe smoking 😄😄 By the way, Eileen‘s Dream is another strong aromatic you might try 😋😋😉😊

@@RedcoatsReturn I took your advice last night and left my jar of Cream Brulee open while I slept. My room smells damn good I'll you that🤣, but we'll have to see if it helped. It's still damp, but we'll see. I've seen a few video reviews on these 3 tobaccos where they weren't getting much flavor, but never re-reviewed if they tried to fix it. Molto Dolce has had MANY great reviews including yours. My hope is this one hits all the right notes. I just placed my order for more English blends. Wish I saw this before so I could get that aro you mentioned, but I'll still look it up, thanks👍 As well, they just dropped From Beyond late last night so I wasn't letting it evade me again. Limited supply... Until Next Time...
