I love my Arby. It feels comfy in both configurations and as full face it feels damn good. It looks very stylish also. It's amazingly solid and confidence inspiring. I really don't see why it wouldn't double as DH helmet? I certainly use it for bike parks and other rides where I used to use my old DH helmet and it's worked beautifully. It has passed stringent tests and has certifications to prove it. In half lid config it's just a bit top heavy but not so much that I would notice it in any way when riding. I don't give a toss that it takes a bit longer to convert it full face (cause of tucking the straps). How many times you need to do it when you go on a ride? Usually I do it once a ride. I use half lid when I cycle to a place where i need full face, convert it and when I'm done I convert it back to a half lid (that's as quick as in any other convertible helmet). Highly recommended!

I just got one of these, it has flaws but overall I really like it.

what size head do you have and what size helmet did you test?

Very cool helmet at a not very cool price, looks to be quite safe but it's very heavy as well.
