When I started remodeling my parents kitchen I knew NOTHING about electrical, sheetrock, or even painting. 6 months later (planned on doing it in a month😂) I was amazed at how much you can learn just by watching tutorials on KZfaq. Hell I even moved an exterior door and built a deck. You just have to dive in and do it. Permitting was the only giant pain in the ass.

@zariballard for the deck I built off the door I moved because I had to build it 5 feet off the ground. The plan was to keep it under 2 feet so it didn't have to be permitted. But it just didn't look right once it was drawn up. Oh yeah, and I removed a wall in between the kitchen and the living room.

Keith, when AC Motors start, they have an inrush current that typically is 2 to 3 times the normal operating current. The soft-start reduces the inrush current for a “soft” start. Around homes these are used for air conditioning compressors and pool pumps.

My 4 legged buddy and I have enjoyed watching you all grow on th water. There is such depth to ALL the different content...its as easy to write a serious comment as to write a more lighthearted one. I have found kefir ... my internal alarm has always been set at 5am from th farm life to the barracks life to long haul and now to being retired But this kefir puts a new spring in my step. Where am I going w this? It is a true joy AND inspiration to see the growth in all of you. You've become so toned and confident at play on th water. When I bought my home, th gym gave way to home ownership and never ending remodel. You inspire me to find balance...not as easy as you might think. I've had to us a buzz collar (I never use schock mode) on Blake so not to bark and jump in to save you folks from jumping off cliffs and into ocean...no joke...its working BUT this morning, As soon as he heard your theme song he started barking. Now, after 3 barks I can say enough. LOL Keep writing songs. Keep throwing flips. Keep changing the world; one video at a time...one person ar a time and Renee', hand th cam to somebody else, make some splash and let that anxiety float away. 😉 ain't nobody goin' ta let nothin' happen to ya. (I lost count of double negatives...I think I landed on a positive. LOL) Keith, phew... What a Legacy. ...following seas to y'all

YOU SHOULD PAINT A SMALL ROCK HUNTER ORANGE AND SET IT NEXT TO THE ANCHOR EACH TIME YOU FIRST CHECK THE ANCHOR. That way, each subsequent check, you have a visible marker to tell you for sure if your anchor is dragging or not.

New Mexico is obviously a long way from the Ocean. in salt water environment most electrical fittings , connectors panel screws on terminals, wood screws etc are 316 Stainless Steel, so magnetizing your screwdriver does not work because 316 SS is non magnetic.
