Taylor never went to school for directing or producing. She writes or co-writes all of her music. She started in the business at 15. She plays a 6 and 12 string guitar. Also an electric guitar, paino, banjo and ukulele. She switches genres. She co-produced her documentary and concert movies. She fights for . She is very involved in every aspect of her career. She has her own management and production companies. She is the boss and only client. I recommend watching the lyric version of All Too Well 10 minute Version. Then the Behind The Scenes Video for The Short Film since you enjoy seeing her direct videos. Then watch the All Too Well Short Film. Obviously, she wrote and directed the song and Short film. The video you just watched Fortnight, she wrote and directed. You definitely have to watch the lyric version of All Too Well first. The lyrics are incredible and when watching the short film everyone misses a lot of the lyrics because they are following the video story. The song is about Taylor dating an actor when she was 20 and he was 28.

Thank you so much for your detailed reply. This is very helpful. I will definitely check out Taylor's back catalogue. First I need to fix my computer woes. I got the 🔵 screen of death and will have to buy a new PC and start over again. (Hopefully next week.)

I was amazed at her level of detail and understanding of the filming and creative process of making videos. Taylor is clearly at a high level business wise. I will still have to dig deeper into her music, but this BTS was impressive.

Oh I love this reaction!! Hi nice to meet you! Don't ever worry about "swifties" being rough on you. Most genuine fans are very welcoming and eager to educate people about her. I have followed career since her first album when she was in country music. She is brilliant,. Does get a lot of hate and criticism so sometimes fans feel the need to defend her. I have been guilty of that at one time, but welcome to Taylor Swift the artist. I can see many have already explained easter eggs haha.

Post Malone started out as a rap artist but he transitioned to country recently and Taylor Swift is a Director producer, singer, songwriter musician. She plays multiple instruments. She has been producing indirection music videos of hers since 2014. Her first solo Director music video was for a song of hers, called the man where she talks about the double standards that men and women facing not just Hollywood, but as a whole like people would hate her less if she wasn’t man she could get away with doing the bare minimum. If she was a man she has a honorary doctorate from NYU of fine arts, she did a commencement speech which is on KZfaq that you can react to. She is currently on her record, breaking world tour called the Eras tour. In the winter of 2023 it had garnered over $1 billion and she’s going to end it in December of this year and it’s going to get her up to $2 billion I think.

Thanks for your update. Watching this video I instantly thought that Taylor must have some background in directing and video production. She is clear on the vision and also super succinct on how she messages what is required. That takes years to be able to do so well. I'm excited to check out her work.

The easter egg Us. Is that gracie abrams (one of her eras tour openers) released a song resently thats called us and it features taylor. She has been directing her own music videos since 2019 and she produced before that too. I think what makes taylors fans so loyal though is her. As much as i love her music (grew up with her lyrics through my whole life, im 4 years younger than taylor) and her storytelling is out of this world. But the way she has treated her fans throughout time is what makes us stay. Sha knows she is nothing without tthe fans and she has done everything from donate to sick fans, invite fans to secret sessions at her house, speak up against injustices and so much more. She wrote a song once for a boy that died that she didn’t know but she found the mothers blog and was touched sp she reached out to the family. The proceeds from that song (ronan) went to the family and to research fpr child cancer (50/50). So as much as i love her talent i also love that she seems ”normal”. Or as normal you can be at her leval of fame.

Really think you'd enjoy her song All Too Well...but watch the lyric video first, then the All Too Well short film, then the BTS video. Seems like what you'd enjoy. Then the entirety of her Folklore album, but watch the Long Pond Sessions documentary version of it. There are interviews with her & the two producers on what the songs mean & their creation.

Because of your background then, you would really enjoy her short film followed by the behind the scenes of it (All To Well). I would first do the official lyric video with the visual of her actually singing in the studio in order to not be bifurcated between listening and watching when watching the short film. You will not be disappointed.
