Nope, all of them can drops from gold boxes and are just low to mid-tier gears so no worth farming at all.

Really depend on how "new" you are. If you can't do hard mode like D3 properly(ie. inefficiently oil wise) I would suggest farming B3 until you got Noshiro the farm B2 for Repair toolskit you cant have enough of those. If you can reliablely farm D3 then farm D3 till got Noshiro then you have quite a lot of option none of this is good or bad depend on your need. a.Continue farming D3 for twin 203mm, decent CA gun generally you can Slap these bad bois on any CA and you good(Except HE ship of couse) and with avg. mob level 100+ is good for leveling ship to 120. b.D2, again. Repair toolskit cant have enough of those. mob avg. at 95 somewhat easier to farm and gave decent xp. Twin 100mm is good for attack proc DD(Ayanami etc.) c. Either D1 C3 or C1 these map drop decent blueprint(C1 is not that great tho you can forget C1 if you already have any gold Figther plane) D1 for manual torp which is good for when you manual and C3 for belfast gun, is HE generally good for HE ship but got powercreep by some HE gun(ie Core data HE gun) d.Story. go back to keep farming story. This event is quite old and its gear are quite outdated and like Khang said all these gear can be aquire from gold boxes. BUT this mean you are not gonna receive event point and miss quite something in Event shop, soooooo... Personally I'm farming D3 cause when this event was first lauch I'm still a noob(my account was created half way through event ) so I miss Noshiro back then and I'm trying to farm some this time while power level some of my ship aswell (and event point, gonna need those ship blueprint). TLDR: Priority farming for Noshiro first. Then see if you need any gear from event map. If so farm that one. OR the highest difficult map you can for Event point while Leveling ship along the way. Nope. You get everything available in the event maps from gold boxes. Farm the points you need to buy Noshiro and the PR blueprints and move on.

Its not there for the rerun for some reason. Its the original runs dorm set, usually they rerun those, but not this time :(

My fault, it seems that it was only available in the original event run. I thought it would come back but I guess this time it didn't.

Except for NJs event, you always get an additional week post-event to get the frame

Just add parts of one dorm to another. A dorm is just a sum of parts after all...
