I believe it just reset the record as fastest Street Registered GT-R on that pass. Anything that is that fast but can still be run on the street is totally insane.

You should ask the demolition guys if you can keep that piece of track you hit. Bit of a souvenir from all the times the cresta has worked its magic on that track. And a PB too, well done Benny that car (and your driving!) gets better and better!

Great Time when you can have a track day with some other people to really work on the the details. I've got an idea for an episode if you might be interested in working on it. You said they were ripping the track up and I guess they are laying new track down. It would be really cool to see you talk to the track people and go into detail about the track surface itself, how they lay it down and build it, and then how they actually prep it for race day. A lot of people go to the track and race at the track, but they have no idea what the tractor is doing or the adhesive they spray down and all the details that go into having a really well prepped track. It would be really cool to hear from the track people themselves all the work they put into getting you guys some successfully prepped tracks for those rippin numbers.

I'm loving the clean look without all the stickers. I saw a mint Cressida or Cresta for sale here recently with low miles perfect condition and they weren't even asking that much like 7,500. I wish I could have bought it but I don't have a garage and the salted roads here in the winter would just destroy it.

Right oh, post Corona, both Sydney Dragway and Calder Park should have new surfaces (assuming the Calder works get done on time), should make the 2020-2021 season something special. Will have to see if AIR and The Bend are part of the calendar.
