Lewis (essay is called "Priestesses in the Church?") if you want a well thought out Protestant theological view on it. In terms of Catholic, I can give you an exhaustive list from the Church Fathers, to later theologians.

You cannot be a Christian then say "but the world is changing, so we might as well Ordain women", you might as well ignore all of Paul's writings. Why not ignore Luke and Mark too? There were no women Priests in the Israelite Temple, any part of it, and there were no female Priests in the Early Church except for Gnostic Heretics as St. Irenaeus writes of.
