I had been married for 2 years at the point and struggling with my in laws and his role gave me so much support and even now when I am feeling down I go back and watch the scenes where he writes letters to Shahwar. His dialogues gave me a lot of courage in my life. Thank you sir!

Rabiaji, i am a huge fan of Mohammad Ahmed sir. He is truly a legend. Beit serious role, a comic one, he has impeccable style for doing just the right amount. He is never OTT. I completely agree with you that his Dur-e-shehwar is iconic. Esplly the scene where he talks to his daughter for the first time over telephone, i was moved to tears! He has written some very meaningful telefilms too. It is amazing how even if he has played the father myriad times, he is still able to the role with subtle changes each time!!! It cannot all be script, it is definitely the actor in him!

Fantastic interview. What a great actor he is. Was just watching Mere pass tum ho last night. Such a amazing performance he has given in that drama and many others. I think he wasnt giving too much credit to him self for his work. By end of the interview he did accept n realised it. N i think he shud write more often considering Tum sey kehna and Tere bin ladin he has written. Both these scripts r fun and we need more of such content in present times.
