Sylvester Stallone Speaks Out About Friend Bruce Willis Amid Aphasia Diagnosis

Sylvester Stallone spoke with Access Hollywood at the premiere of “Tulsa King” and shared about his excitement at the role. He also opened up about his relationship with his family. He also shared about his friend Bruce Willis, who has been public about being diagnosed with aphasia. “It brings out the fragility of life and how you have to really… everybody talks about it but they never do it, really seize the moment, embrace it. If you’re gonna say you love someone, say it now. It bothers me a great deal, because I started with him,” he shared. “Tulsa King” premiered Nov. 13 on Paramount+.

Guys like Stallone are REAL movie stars. They came from nothing and built their legends. They were also very different from eachother, from Van Damme to Arnold to Stallone, etc. What an inspiration these guys are to all of us 80's and 90's kids, even with their flaws.

It seems the best breed of actors and entertainers came out in the 70s and 80s 90s same with music etc once these people are gone there isn't other substitute. Such iconic characters. Sly Arnold Deniro Gary Oldman Joaquin Phoenix and more such iconic characters......

Actually, Willis is known for being very difficult to work with on a movie set. Kevin Smith has the receipts, among others.

@@dlg5485 Stallone called Bruce Willis lazy and greedy when he wanted 4 millions for 3 days of filming in Expendables. Willis were probably hard to work with as he wants to do as little as possible on the set, and still demands insane salary.

He hasn't stopped since as he's put a lot of work in that's for sure . People hate on celebrities such as him for being rich but trust me he's earned it . Just being the gym rat that he is for the past 50 years to keep his body going is a ton of work alone as he is the definition of The American Dream .

being a 80s baby.. i got to grow up in a time where there were so many many brilliant film stars.. it does hit a spot every now and then wen u hear of someone famous and brilliant being diagnosed with an underlying issue and watching it having to come to an end. We should all be thankful they have given us decades and decades of movie hits one after another

When I was a kid I made fun of Sly then my dad said something like "Boy, that man deserves your respect, look and listen to how intelligent and articulate he is when asked questions, that man has achieved so much and inspired more so don't be ignorant and learn from him" this was just after Rocky 2 which will always be my favourite Sly movie.

Sly is awesome. It's that simple. Taylor Sheridan knew what he was doing when he picked Sly for the part. I think Sly would have been great in Sopranos. As good or better than any of the main characters on the show

I have only bought three of Robert de Niro and Al Pacino movies the rest of them I watch for free but Sylvester Stallone and Bruce Willis I paid to see their movies and I bought them from VHS DVD to Blu-ray. Them to have been humble and awesome actors for 50 years now and they're still going strong..

I watch and love a lot of actors. But if I ever could get a chance to meet just 1 actor, that would be Sly hands down. 1975 I lived in Philly, on Penn Campus, and would run to Center City and back every other night, and the last leg back to campus was along East River Drive and up the Art Museum steps . . . I moved back to Philly in 1990 and lived in South Philly, but I didn't run through the Italian Market, nope.
