The calendar copy URL steps have been moved to: Calendars, Availability; scroll to the bottom to find 'Calendar sync' then 'Airbnb calendar export'.

This did work, BUT an odd glitch I encountered was that the auto-generated link from AirBNB took forever to show up - like, entire multiple minutes, once I refreshed the page because it was not showing up. If anyone else experiences that, refresh the page and let it sit open for awhile and hopefully it will generate a link eventually.

Thanks for this! I just synced mine but for some reason in google calendar it’s making the check out day 1 day earlier than what’s accurate through airbnb. Do you know by chance how to fix this other than manually?

Thanks for looking into this! We also noticed the same thing, we have been using turbo for our previous housekeepers and recently are switching to using someone else who uses Google calendar. Haven’t had any issues with the integration from Turno doing this with our calendar

Can't you create the calendar in google and share that to your cleaning team rather than them creating in their own?

Yes, that option does work! In our business, since our team consists of independent contractors, we encourage them to take agency over their own calendars and schedules. By them owning their own calendar, they can deploy their cleaners and manage their day with other cleans they may have. With that said, if you want to add to yours and share with them, that works too!

If I'm sharing my already linked calendar with my cleaner, why do they still need to go through the same steps I did?

Probably just needs to sync to their own account! SO convenient to have everyone synced up.

There are settings to "sync" with Airbnb in Turno!

When creating a new property, the first thing you'll see is the Reservations Calendar. But if you wanna add a new calendar to an existing property, go to the Properties section, it's pretty easy!
