Note, Crossfire E 2.0 male and female versions have identical stem arrangement so this replacement is relevant to both models.
To raise my handlebars and bring them slightly closer to me, I researched and found this TREDZ riser. I ordered two, one for my partner who has the women's version of the Crossfire E 2.0. This video shows the fitting process of 10 minutes stretched out to 40 mins! Suggest playing at 1.25 speed :)
There are many to choose from, this model is adjustable and excellent quality, costing £23.99 from TREDZ.
Check your handlebar diameter where the bracket, standard is 25.4mm, but ours bikes use oversize bars for extra rigidity so are 31.8mm dia. Length is also important. The original bracket on this bike is 90mm long so I bought the same length, others are available. If you buy a longer one, the hand grips will be further away in every position, if you want them closer, buy the same length you have now or a shorter one.
See their website for sizes.

Please note, I am a cyclist only, I don't sell bikes or accessories, nor am I sponsored. I only say what I believe and if I'm impressed with a product, I'll say so. My fiancee and I went on a 32 mile ride today with the risers now fitted and could feel the benefit... more upright riding position making it easier on our backs. Casual riding with fingertips now more secure as bars are closer to us.
Remember, the BEST thing for our immune system is fresh air and sunlight... IE cycling!
Thanks for watching. Happy cycling!!

I collected my second hand Grade A ECrossfire from Halfords just over a week ago, I chose this option because it would have only covered less than 100 miles and of course it was cheaper. Going by my previous bikes I opted for a medium sized frame. I brought it home in the back of my car so didn’t have a chance to have a proper look at it until I got home when I thought it looked physically bigger than I expected. Anyway, I put some mudguards and lights on it and set off for my first ride. It felt ok whilst riding it but still had this feeling about its size. Very soon into the ride I felt the rear wheel bumping very slightly, as if the tyre hadn’t been off and replaced not taking into account of the valve which I have always pushed up into the tyre otherwise it causes this slight bumping. I continued my ride thinking I would have a look when I got back however, I forgot. Then setting off on my second ride I soon realised I’d forgotten to look at the bumping from the back wheel but carried on. But on my way home the bumping was getting a bit worse so glanced down at the rear wheel and saw it was wobbling. Luckily I was very close to the Halfords where I bought it so took it in and asked them to have a look at it, which they did, by putting it on a stand the mechanic soon found some loose spokes. He attempted to true the wheel by adjusting the spokes but was having little success, it looked like there was also a section of the rim which had a ‘flat’ spot. As people were coming in all the time he kept being interrupted so asked if I could go away and come back in an hour, which was fine by me, however I had to walk home which took 45 minutes. After 3 hours and not having heard anything I drove down and saw the wheel had been removed from the bike and put into a jig but still with no success. I then decided to ask for a replacement bike with a small frame. As usual the staff were extremely helpful and immediately looked on line and booked the last small framed bike. Which I have picked up today and feel more comfortable with. As the first bike was second hand could the wheel be the reason it was returned?? Could I have trouble with the replacement?? We shall have to wait and see. I covered around 40 miles on the first bike and 20 on the replacement, with absolutely no problems with the battery, up to now.

Looks like a good upgread, I have the same bike and got the large frame I'm 5'8 and is a bit of a reach this could solve my problem, wish the computer came off for when it's parked up. Great video.

I got the exact same stem on my regular mountain bike. I get the Crossfire on Sunday, so I'm going to switch it over. It's a fantastic stem. I'm very tall so need the saddle quite high so a riser stem was ideal for me in making sure the saddle to handlebar height wasn't too severe.

Yes, you just can’t raise the bars enough so the stem is ideal. Enjoy your new Crossfire!!
