Never seems to work for me when I use my prepaid account on the app. Always ask me to go to The website which works but not the app. SMH

This app and website had been down for me for months now. Can’t do anything.

The app is terrible. I can't do anything on it. Keeps looping me back to login, even after I already have. It keeps telling me my security is low, but won't let me go to the security settings screen to change it.

Good stuff from Des, the only annoying thing about the app is that I cant change a sim card if I need to. Other than that, good job.

The app needs to be redesigned, optimized for foldables, and a DARK THEME. I just don't understand why we can't get dark theme support from T-Mobile. Not everybody wants to be looking at these blinding white apps!!
