I'm post 9 months of my Kidney transplant now my tac level is fluctuating. I had toxicity at 11 tac level. I'm on 6-6 Prograf, 500 mg Mofecon and fluconazole 150mg. My Dr said my Prograf works fast and body removes it fast. To increase tac they gave me fluconazole. Last week my tac level was 6.3 today it is 5.1. Is it OK for tac level to fluctuate?

My schedule is 8am/8pm. This morning I forgot to take tacrolimus and I didn't realize until 11:20 am, and I took it immediately after. What will happen to me, is 3 hours 20 minutes too late? What should I do now, will I still take my tacrolimus at 8pm tonight or should I delay it an hour? I'm freaking out right now!!!

If you delay a dose, take the following dose as scheduled and try not to forget doses or timing. Set an alarm. Be consistent with timing.

Hope all is well. I have a question. Can we take 1 day 1 tab(0.5) and next day My dr suggest to take 2 tab (0.5) in 12 hrs duration. During one tab my tac level was 5.8 and Durring two tab my tac level 9.6.. Please advise me.. Is it ok for me

Dose and level should be consistent.

What happens if I miss a dose tacrolimus once,I usually taken at 6am,6pm But I forget to take @6am

Don't do it again. Check the drug level.
