You might want to add the system of operation steps to the comments/ future videos. That help me understand what step should be happening next and in continuing succession. If you don't know what it should do, how are you going to spot what it's not doing. I love your videos! Their great! Keep turning and burning Brother

87 my goodness…on age with me. Oldest I’ve seen has been maybe 85 ..😂 REPLACED A TRANE coil today took a little longer than I wanted to be there… but customers happy and trying to connect my gauges to the side of the condenser on a stand , with a small opening with my right hand was more difficult since I’m left handed

You have to hold test pins a certain amount of seconds depending on setting 30/60/90 i forget how many seconds per setting.

I ran into a little problem today. I was working on a package unit and I have the thermostat on auto and cool and the heater turns on. Has anybody ever had this problem before? It’s a gas unit by the way

The thermostat could be bad. Or there is a 24v electrical short.

That's an old one for sure. Still a bunch of them out there. The old aluminum BDP evaporators were pretty bullet proof.

If you listen to Rheem 90 percent of the boards that get replaced are good.. replaced at least 6 in the last month

Unrelated to this video somewhat. Reversing valve coil went bad, replaced, went bad again, no wire rubouts, replaced transformer after secondary shorted, could the coil inner solenoid possibly sticking be the culprit?

there is a chance the relay is the only thing that is bad on the defrost board

DE frost thermostat was I think a 150 DE frostboard was 300 Service call and labor was a 150

@@TaddyDigest you charged $150 for a defrost thermostat on top of $300 for a board? What kind of jackass openly admits to taking advantage of people. That thermostat costs you $10 or less. $600 fucking dollars for a 30 minute repair and $50 worth of parts. At least you charged them another $500 in labor to definitively prove that $2 thermostat was junk. What a 🤡

Once again… crappy years of fingers, and quit gesture movements… use chopsticks, and allow time for screenshots. You show a completely different board quickly point at an area with a fat finger and say these speed up pins. Are you really that unaware of your fumble ability? Think like what a student needs to hear. Better for it.
