I started again with Billy about 4 weeks ago and already see the changes in my body. His workouts encourage me to eat better as well. Under God and my family, I think he is the GREATEST because he really cares for our wellness!!! God Bless you, Billy!

This was my go to DVD when I need a real good workout. It got lost in a flood. I looked it up randomly to see if I could buy it and BAM, an angel uploaded it on here. THANK GOD! This is the best workout I've ever done!

I used to do this with my mom when I was kid to help her loose weight I never knew 20 years later I’d be doing the same exercise for my own weight loss journey and it’s working for both of us generational calories burned thanks billy

I ate better I didn't eat any fried foods anymore and I try to stay away from Breads and pastas as much as I could and I worked out every day except on Sundays I was addicted to the workout

I trained with him at his L.A. studio. I was part of his workout when he came to Calgary, AB in Canada. I always comeback to his workouts, they are truly the most effective for me. I'm at my best shape when I train with him. G-d continue to bless you Billy Blanks, you truly make a difference in so many lives, mine included

I have been doing this everyday for 2 months now. I feel great although most of the time I am sore (but worth it) 😁. Before Tae Bo, I wear size large shirt and now I can wear my medium size shirt. I don’t know how much weight I lost but my husband said he can tell the difference before and after. I don’t have plans on stopping this in the near future! This is good for us! Thanks Billy Blanks for Tae Bo 😃❤️

Just found this. Luv Billy Blank in the 90s action martial arts movies. I remember when he started doing workouts but I was so skinny & tiny I didn't need to but age can really make a difference. Time to start working out now 🤣🤣🤣🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

Thank you for posting this. You will never go wrong with TaeBo and Billy Blanks. Love his workouts and his positive attitude. I used to do them in the late 90s. Don't know why I stopped but I'm back to them now and so thankful. First week back and I already feel great. Try it and you'll be sweating and burning calories like a boss! 18 years ago I started working out, the first 4 years at home doing Taebo. The last 14 years at the gym. Since the gym is close due to the Corona Virus. I wanted a good workout, decided to do Taebo. I was not disappointed. I remember doing this workout years ago, I worked up a good sweat.

Thanks Brook for posting!! I did these workouts for years. Had the VHS tapes before the dvds. I took Karate for a couple of years, my teacher was a former kickboxer, and our classes were a lot of his workouts from kickboxing, they were similar to these. I regret going from these to "P90x", which resulted (partially)in a hip replacement last year. I never had ANY hip problems before that. These workouts are so much better. Love Billy's energy, he really brings a positivity to his workouts!! Love this!! Time to start doing them again!!!

If your reading the comments trying to figure out if this works, the answer is ABSOLUTELY. Stick with it at least 4-5x a week. Modify your diet where necessary and drink plenty water. You gone be right in no time!

I lost like 15lbs about 10 years ago when I found one of my dads old VHS tapes. It was the Strength workout! Wish I could find that workout again. needless to say, with gyms closed, Billy is faithful - these workouts already have me down 6 lbs after 3 weeks of working out and good diet. I dont know why I ever changed to going to the gym. I definitely get more from these workouts!! Go Billy - God bless you bro!

Omg...I used to do his workouts in HS with my volleyball team and lost 40lbs doing a low carb diet and his workouts 3days a week during conditioning before season started ...I’ve been telling myself that I wanted to start tar I again and I’ve been well just too lazy to even search but finally did and I’m glad I did I’m starting tomorrow morning back with Billy. I know I’m going to feel it but nothing like the feeling of knowing you worked your muscles in a good way. Time to get to work!!!

Can’t go to the gym so now I’m here. I will do this 3 or 5 times a week. I will update every 3 days. Cw: 200.6 GW: 150 3/26/20: 200.6 3/29/20: 199.1 4/25/20 I got anxious and started over eating and not working out so I’m starting over 202.4 4/28/20 : 201.8 5/2/20 : 200.4

I have type 2 diabetes when I tested my blood sugar earlier yesterday evening it was 180. I ate dinner took my medicine, and I did the exercise on Billy Blanks first Tae Bo video . Although it was only 26 minutes I felt like I did 40 minutes my legs were sore afterward. However when I tested my blood sugar this morning it went down from 180 all the way down to 122!!! Now I found this Tae Bo video I'll be doing this tonight!!!😊😊😊😊

Soy de la Ciudad de México y me encanta realizar estos ejercicios con Billy y su equipo. Apenas lo estoy retomando pero se que estos ejercicios funcionan de maravilla para mi cuerpo, con el beneficio de perder peso en corto plazo y fortalecer mis músculos. Tengo 66 años y esto ya lo practicaba hace 25 años aproximadamente. Disfrutemos estos maravillosos ejercicios cardio. Saludos

This never fails. Good old Billy Blanks will get you together. I lost 10lbs, doing this and his basic workout in 2 months.

Step Count: 4,500 / 2.7KM. First time I've tried Tae Bo. It's similar to the Taekwondo training I used to do in my heyday. Martial arts are the best way to keep fit, although I find step aerobics to be much more enjoyable. The beat in this workout is very fast, so it needs some practice to reach optimum performance. I think I'll start to include some of Billy Blanks' Tae Bo workouts from now on, at least once a week. Thanks for sharing.

this workout still holds up after all these years. my one complaint is that it doesn’t end with stretching. otherwise excellent.

Lo amo... sus rutinas fuertes y quemadoras, su espíritu, su simpatía y sobre todo ese interés en que saques al máximo provecho de estos ejercicios... Para mi sigue siendo EL MEJOR! y qué decir de que son efectivos para bajar de peso y tonifican a la vez. Hablo con experiencia de ello. I love him ... his strong and burning routines, his spirit, his sympathy and above all that interest in which you get the most out of these exercises ... For me he is still THE BEST! and what to say that they are effective to lose weight and tone at the same time. I speak with experience of it.

I have been doing this Taebo for about 1.5 years now, sometimes 6 times a week. Everytime I get drenched with sweat. Never felt fitter in my life.
