So he danced, (anything else?) So he rapped (anything else?) So he beatboxed (anything else?) He took his saxophone and played (anything else?) He said no.. Nthg more.. And he was the only one selected from Daegu in that audition.. 🌚🫂he explained about this in one of the concert 💜

Tae and Jimin affectionately known as Vmin are self described soulmates and they love to tease each other. Vmin are my Ult fav Duo and I always love their interactions, they make my day. Don't worry for Jimin he gives it back just as well. I love it and you can tell it's all in good fun. Example when Tae did the intro that Jimin wanted to do, Jimin then approaches Tae like he's upset but then nuzzles him and Tae gets the biggest smile on his face. During that scene where Tae didn't comment on Jimin's hair, during that same shoot Jimin held a watermelon for Tae to bite but then pulled it away at the last minute. It's this playful banter that is such a joy to watch and yet they will both defend the other in a moment's notice as even RM has said. Also Tae's straight face humor is legendary exactly because he says the funniest things so matter-of-factly. However, don't let that fool you because he is also extremely expressive and wears his heart on his sleeve. Jimin even describes him as the most innocent and pure among them. He will get quiet in an instant when another member gets savage with him. For the birthday live, he was actually teasing with the production crew by playing snippets of his mixtape. He even said he wanted to see their reaction. He has a multi-faceted personality and one of the great joys I have as a Tae Ult Biased is that you never know which side Tae will show, he's unpredictable in the best of ways and I find that so exciting. Thanks for a great Tae reaction and I hope you will do some more Vmin, Vope, and Taejin reactions as those are my top 3 fav duos for him. 💜

He only went to the audition to support his friend, but when he went there, the staff saw him and wanted him to audition. Some context for the audition situation. In their new Biography/book they say that Tae had been attending a dance academy in the evenings. He had only just started there when big hit set up an audition at the academy. Only advanced students (3rd years I think) were allowed to audition but the new students were allowed to watch to cheer on the others. Tae had a friend auditioning so he went. A BIGHIT staff member saw Tae and asked if he would like to audition too. He was the only one chosen from Daegu.

It's true, when V was just a few months after entering dance classes, the Big Hit audition was done; it was supposed to be aimed at guys with at least 2 or 3 years of preparation in dancing and singing, so the studio he went to registered some of his students who prepared and rehearsed for that day. He was invited by one of his friends to accompany him, he came to support him. While he was there, the Big Hit staff saw him and he caught their attention, they approached him and asked if he wanted to participate, they even supported him to get his dad's permission. He took the stage sang, beatboxed, danced, rapped and played his saxophone. Weeks later they called him and told him that he was the only one who had been selected in that audition. I love V's personality, he's too playful. I like it when they make jokes with a straight face, it's the funniest.
