According to Suga, it took him the longest to get used to Taehyung because he was so different and he wasn't sure if Taehyung was pretending or not. After RM, Tae is my my so-called "bias wrecker" but I really hold the two of them on the same level because they're both geniuses in their own right. Tae is whip smart with that dry humor and I have to say for a Korea he has a very high degree of spatial awareness (what you called peripheral vision the other day). He sees EVERYTHING even when he pretends to that he's not. it's very hard to describe taehyung's personality. but to sum it up I think we all can agree that he's a real character, he's very unique. and I'm not saying this as a bts stan/ tae stan. I'm being completely unbiased, he's really one of a kind, never seen anyone like him. He's really friendly, but also has a really introverted side, when he was younger he was really loud and naughty and playful, but gradually he has calmed down a lot. but still that side of him is still there but it shows up only when he's comfortable or in the mood for that. he has a very unique perspective to life, his love language is definitely words of affirmation. he can be seem silly most of the times but is very creative and intelligent in his own way. I think most of the time he does whatever he wants rather than surrending to authority. he may come out to be cold and sarcastic but at the same time he's very sweet and clingy and caring. he's very humble but knows when to tone it down cause the world is not kind to those who stay silent. there are still side of him I can't describe and I can't say I'm fully right or I know him that well, but after all these years of watching him I can say he's just a kid, with full of curiosity, playfulness, kindness, creatively, very emotional, full of love.

Jimin also said that V is the humblest of them all, that’s why for me V is the epitome of beauty and perfection. He sees life in a different way than any person does. Also, V was the one who came up with the meaning of purple which is the last color in the rainbow. He created the meaning of the color as “I will trust and love you for a long time” that the ARMYs and BTS now used as a way to express the genuine love, protection and support for each other. Hence the love expression “borahae” and phrase “I purple you” plus purple hearts and the color purple representing BTS and ARMYs.

Taehyung has been my ult bias for the last 5 to 6 years and he's anything but conventional. He's someone who has encouraged me to accept every side of me even if it may not be the most socially accepted or trendy. He did in fact create "borahae" or "i purple you" to use specifically with army's because of the unique qualities of the color symbolizing loyalty and everlasting love. His personality is definitely 4D 😂 not everyone gets it and even he knows that but the way he is so unapologetically himself is very endearing and inspiring to a lot of people. To get a better grasp of his personality you'd have to maybe watch run bts episodes or something of that sort because he isn't someone who's just easily understood through a few clips. He's somewhere between a naive 5 year old and an 80 year old man who's experienced all the hardships of life. He has somewhat of an innocence to him?? Even the bangtan members would say he's the baby of the group but he's also incredibly insightful and has an old soul. Something I've noticed and probably other fans have too, Taehyung in his younger years or predebut/debut era was very goofy, playful, dramatic and even loud but later on... like for the past few years till now, he's become detached(following the years his grandmother died) quiet, reserved and calm(he's still very happy and playful but not as much as before in public), but I guess you can say he's mature. Not saying other BTS members aren't now, but I think V chooses to be so... to the point where all members noticed and especially Jungkook who had to sit with him and ask him deeply about it. Maybe those tumultuous events in his life made him stronger and mature but he's definitely living a great life now and okay.

I can understand that some people are confused by Taehyung. But I'm not, as he reminds me of myself when I was in my twenties. I was sometimes very silent, sometimes over the top, but couldn't resign to be like other people. Normality was too boring for me. I had a very important part of childhood in me, I didn't drink at that time, liked candies and sugar, and did my best to be considered as cute. Although inside, I was totally grown-up and smart. I liked to surprise everybody, that was my way to feel love from other people. Isn't this Tae's portrait?
