the last thing i want for taekook to do is reveal their relationship, the internet literally ruins every relationship i’ve seen. i just want to see them happy and free whether it’s together or separately.

I'm so happy when a person from my community (taekook community) actually sees them as human not as a fictional characters to feed us with unrealistic moments for entertainment. Whenever there are no moments of them... I still enjoy every interaction with other members. Cuz I'm a taekooker as well as a proud army who actually loves to see them happily with each other like a family. At the end they all have a life other than being the members of "BTS" which is not for cameras. As your relationship gets stronger you tend to get it private than public. Taekook is the most private/secretive couple yet loud. I didn't loose my faith after so many obstacles my tae went through these months. I'll never loose it in the future either. They are my love and I'm ready to support them in every way possible. And I hope my fellow taekookers see them as actual people and truely love them without any complaints or judgements.

I'm a new army this year and have basically been following taekook from the start of me getting into bts. I love all 7 members, and the only thing I know is that I want all of the members to be happy, healthy, and hope they keep giving us wonderful music for years to come. This shipping business gets really toxic and crazy. Whether its real or not is none of our business. Let's just support the groups we love no matter what. They bring us so much happiness, so shouldn't we just love them back.

If they ARE together & if they ever do come out, it’ll be long after military enlistment. I would only want them to do so just so they can live free & open. But they owe me/us nothing. Thank you for this much needed video ! Your contents are really clever and you speak with maturity. I guess it would be great if every TK fan were to understand that supporting Jungkook's and Taehyung's relationship (and I say this because I'm convinced they've been in love for a long time and make a wonderful couple) cannot be reduced to shipping Taekook (because shipping culture has something toxic, that relies on consumers' expectations, and hence, can create disappointments and aggressivity from fans). Their bond is beautiful and they feel the urge to show some of it and hint at it on a very regular basis (I'm amazed how much we got from them in official contents and in their own social media as well, since the hiatus of BTS!). Let's simply appreciate and respect that.

Such a mature responsible breakdown is appreciated. In some ways it makes it special that they keep things on the downlow. I think it's probably best at this time, for many reasons and I respect them and their circumstances. I also hope that all FS stops and Hybe just lets them (all) be as natural as they choose to be. I do agree with a lot of what you said. I think part of their strong bond is because they grew up together. They support each other. They comfort each other. They are a safe haven for each other. There are moments where you can tell that they love each other. Not concert moments. Not interview moments. Usually behind the scene moments. Moments when they are not necessarily the center of attention but you can see their interactions in the background. Their personalities are similar and I’m sure that strengthens their bond. I do think that they have a connection that will last a lifetime. It’s good if they are in a relationship that they keep it private. I’m glad some people realize they are human beings. You've captured me! I'd like to reiterate some of the points you've made: 1. Coming out - S.K. is much more progressive than it was in past years and that is thanks to the lobbying and advocacy work done by the S.K. queer community. However, the steady normalisation of queerness in the country doesn't translate as acceptance of queer people. It's more like tolerance. As a queer person myself, I would love nothing more than for Taekook to live authentically (i.e. without censoring themselves in the public domain), but I understand that it isn't safe to do so because of the heteronormative restrictions placed on them. It is so damn contradictory, though, if you consider how many straight people get off on homoerotic socialising, but are simultaneously disgusted by it. Make it make sense. My point: as long as they know who they are and accept themselves, then I'm fine (mostly- I still don't want them to be/ feel restricted). 2. Fanfic - Listen! I love fan fictions and I think there are some brilliant writers out there who deserve a book deal, subject to character name changes etc. But holy crap! I've encountered so many writers who have gone beyond being just problematic to downright toxic. There's giving one of the boys typically female genitalia (which is a thinly veiled guise as writers trying to get the y/n moment). I've encountered writers who write Taehyung as soft, ignorant, and very childlike (I'm talking borderline pedophilia type writing) and Jungkook as a strong, aggressive, dominant man. It's just not okay. I can't stomach it. Queer people are still their gender. Just because I'm attracted to women doesn't make me somehow more masculine, even if I present as masc femme. I'm still a woman! Miss me with that fetishisation/ inserting your hetero self into queer experiences. It's gross.

ive been a taekook supporter only since 2021. i love anything and everything taekook does. first, i agree that coming out just for the sake of our”ship” will be the end all for all shippers. Taekook dont need to do that. All we need to do is just support their projects individually. It doesnt have to be always to have to be Taekook related all their actions. They are also two diff individuals that needs to find their individuality. Sometimes taekookers do go overboard of analyzing each and every single thing they do, kinda tiring and annoying. Just let them be and enjoy the interaction. Dont over analyze!

Thank you so much for clarifying these things. I think I said it in my survey submission, but to shorten it, I hate that this whole argument surrounding their relationship is about being “right” rather than what’s best for them or how they actually feel, and this is on both sides. No one is willing to see the other side or the flaws in their own arguments. And to all these things I’m not gonna act like a saint, I’ve fallen into some of these traps too. It happens, we’re all human and make mistakes. What matters is that we grow and that we choose to learn, reflect and forgive others who make mistakes too or even those who are not willing to learn. I agree with most of your thoughts. I would be okay with them never officially coming out. It's none of our business one way or another. The fan fics are interesting but often poor written. The subject matter is not the problem but they are so full of plot holes and grammar errors that it makes them difficult to read. I just like watching their interaction because it is often very funny and there is not much viewing content that is both wholesome and clean. BTS never fails to make me laugh.

I found myself not only agreeing but also having my own realisations about myself, for eg with that comment you mentioned in point #2 I understood that comment soo much because it was my exact experience and validated my experiences of feeling bored bc the way taekook content is made causes people to expect to be always entertained by taekook when that can't be the case. Don't know about others but my Taekook journey took a while to start. I went through every ship acct on YT that involved Tae. He is my Ult so I focused on him alot. Taekook was my last ship to watch. Every ship I watched, no offense to those creaters but I was not convinced, I couldn't feel it nor see what they saw. However in all those videos I saw 1 thing. JK and they way he looked at Tae, how hurt he looked or jealous he looked. When I came across Taekook creators like your self I was glad. Because you all saw what I did. Through you I got to experience Taekook journey and I was 98% convinced that Taekook was a thing. Unlike others I dnt need them to come out for me to keep supporting them. I would do it regardless. I would rather die than put their life, reputation in danger. If they wish, when they wish and how they wish to come out is their business. I just want to see them happy! They seem quite happy these days partially because of the solo period but partially because they are now in their mid twenties. I feel Unlike previous years they have settled in to their skin, their identity and their relationship with eachother (as well as the other members). And I am 100% satisfied with that. I dnt read fanfic so I can't comment but I have seen some beautiful art. I appreciate how talented they all are. But I agree they shouldn't be distributed. Even when the Artist requests it, some ungrateful people still spread that around. I also have no issues with jikookera, taegi, vhope or any other ship. Although I might not agree with them, they see what they see just like me. The problem I have is when people hate Tae and/ or Jimin over this. Like the current D/threat on Tae. Bcs they want to eliminate Tae from interfering with Jikook, 😠😵‍💫 seriously? I don't consider Taekook a ship. I personally don't ship them, I believe and support them. There is a difference. I am a taekooker for life. Even if they come out not being a couple, it wouldn't bother me at all. They have a bond, so what ever type of relationship they hold later I will support that too. V much agree - I’ve wondered before on the alternate universe of them not being in the band, and I think it’s so so hard to extract, bc now they seem so comfortable and perfect together. We’ll never know and neither will they, but I certainly think it’s interesting. Same goes for all their friendships. I also love your point about acting, though idk if I think all the clips you used align, I think it should go without saying that though they’ve become very comfortable they are more often than not aware of the audience, especially at things like concerts, so some of their interactions are them having fun! Which is not a bad thing or detracts from the possibility of them being together. I think you’re right that their familiarity gives them away, the little touches and how they gravitate into each other for comfort, how some affection seems almost subconscious and instinctive. Also yes yes and yes about baby culture in fan works and the hyper feminine too, it’s a huge turn off to me when say twitter aus use images very obviously of women, like obviously femininity in an expressive as well as sexual sense within gay couples happens and is fine but largely I think the popularity of it denotes a lack of understanding to gay male couples, like they still see them through a straight lens. And yes - another thing we all have to accept and get comfortable w is that we’ll likely never have the satisfaction of knowing we were ‘right’, ie them coming out. It shouldn’t be any type of goal or motivator, we should just be enjoying what they do share with us and wishing them the best. Take Dan and Phil, for example; they’ve reached a point where many probably expected they may come out, ie they’ve come out individually and still live together, but any relationship they had or have is still PRIVATE to them. Oh my.. this is the first time I'm so glad to hear someone have the same thought as me. Honestly, most of my days starts & ends with just watching taekook/vkook videos. but I still can't admit that I'm a taekook shipper. Probably I'm a taekook lover in a sense that I love this 2 person for being what they are. I love seeing them being affectionate with each other or just simply being together in a camera frame. but I still won't ship them romantically. For me, there's no need for that. One last comment haha! The one about the taekook fanfics, I'm curious to see if there are any concepts in those stories that you can delve into. Because it's been a while since I read the Somebody to Love ff and I remember when I read that the ending upset me so much. But now that you brought up the fact that the stories had a lot of issues, I do remember having thoughts about the inconsistencies. Regardless, if there were concepts from having read those stories that you thought were important to discuss I'd love to hear your thoughts! Because thinking back on those fan fictions, I can see a lot of mishandled concepts about the lgbtq+ community for example.

Totally agree, TaeKook like the rest of the guys are grown men and will at some point if not already have a relationship, its human nature. I do think TaeKook may be real and if they are it is up to them alone to decide whether or not to open up or keep it private either way it is their business.

Imagine if they do come out? All the intrusive and rude questions they'll face, even in professional interviews? The weird and freaky fan art and questions that'll follow. and people will take this to mean that their relationship is also public property and that they can dictate it. As a person of who is bisexual i don't get why the term coming out is used for LGBTQIA+ community. A straight person don't grow up and say to people around them that they are straight then why for us. Plus I'd love if taekook come out some day or even if they don't my love is not gonna get any less for them. Hope they are happy and healthy forever together or not💜

I agree with the mirrowing thing as well. People who live together and have a greay realtionship w e/o tend to mirror e/o. I do it all the time with my mom and siblings, as the boys do among themselves like, all of them. I haven't finished watching, yet, but so far I agree 💯 TaeKook has become one of my Happy Pills, however, their Safety, Happiness, and Well Being are so much more important to me than new TaeKook Moments. It annoys tf out of me when I see ARMYs whining about "I miss them" (not just TK but all 7). Not that I don't miss them at times, but whining about it seems negative to me. These Boys have worked so hard, and deserve their private time away from everything. At those times, I genuinely wish them well, send prayers, and think about them being happy together. I support them unconditionally. However they choose to live. It would be amazing to hear some official announcement, but I know that it's just not that simple, I have stopped expecting this. If it happens at some point, Awesome! If not, I will assume they are carrying on in their private-but-not-quite-secret way (especially since I heard that they are considered a known celebrity couple, but the community is respectful, and discrete), unless we hear they married someone else. I can't imagine that there is even a possibility of them coming out until after their military service is resolved. Whatever TaeKook has is so Beautiful! Also the bonds between all 7. I'm truly grateful that they all have each other. Look at all they face! I love all of the content, but I also worry about them living in a fish bowl. They have given us plenty of memories to look back on, when we need to see them. Bottom line, as my advice, is to stay mindful about what kind of energy you put out, be positive as much as possible, in actions and thoughts. If you really care about them, shouldn't you be doing your part to be supportive? To BTS X ARMY, also. We can lift each other up, like the example our Boys show us. I have been blocked by most TK channels because I am pragmatic. What actions or images that create my belief are few, but there something subtle. I asked questions and pointed out flaws with what they post. I got attacked as anti. I find that comment strange. Ask my friends, I am not anti. I just don't feel what they are highlighting as proof can hold up to questions. I love to chat about music and activities. But KZfaq is hard. When I post comments, i also get attacked by anti-TKrs. I have been so careful with my wording, but as I said, I am now blocked.

I think the big problem with some shippers is that they objectify boys and just want them to respond to their fantasies and desires. And when reality show them something different they start to complain and say that their ship isn't real. The reality is that they should NEVER forget that they're human beings, who deserve respect and privacy. They only offer us their art, not their life. I love Taekook but my greatest wish is for them to be happy, I'm not looking for them to tell us if their relationship is real or not because that only interests them. Not to mention when they start to comment on the sexual part.... what 🤬 do you care about that? Is someone asking them to tell about their intimacy? DON'T BE IGNORANT!! And lastly, those who hope that Taekook has always contained are dreaming... couple relationships are different, they're not glued to e/o all day touching, looking at e/o or whatever, that only happens in movies or FF.
