Personally, I think the "wanting to come out" narrative is more for those shippers who want more than anything for TaeKook to prove others wrong as opposed to TaeKook themsevles feeling that way. It becomes less about what TaeKook actually want and becomes what the shippers want without regards for what the boys are actually comfortable with or feel. People don't always feel the need to come out and a lot of the time this narrative is a projection of the original poster's desire more than anything else. In my opinion and experience anyway.

Coming out is not the most necessary thing atleast for celebs to their fans. Coming out means declaring your sexuality and preferences, this and that. As long as you are open about it to your close one like friends and families. It's solely their wish. The outsiders Like us doesn't really matters. Cuz we don't know anything. We don't even have the right to ask it. I don't need any "coming out" thing. It's solely their wish. As long as they are happy and I'm very happy with that. And I think they are happy now a days. Probably last year tae was lot down. But now he seems that baby cheerful tae. Whatever the reason is. They are happy, I'm happy too.

I agreed with most opinions presented here but the one that got me the most was the person saying that they thought they hadn’t always been together & had dated other people along the way because not only do I 100% agree I’ve also seen behaviour from other idols that confirms it. The problem is that as soon as I suggested it the hate was piled on & I was even accused of slut shaming. Too many shippers have too much invested in a ship that they forget to actually look at them as individual people & ignore everything else around them. I’ve given up on keeping track of how many times I’ve seen analysis videos that will cut & edit moments to claim something only to watch the original footage & when everything else is taken in context it’s actually something completely different

Thanks for the video, I'm 2 days late but I'll still give my opinions... - "get out of the closet": I think they want to act more freely, go out with their friends or share moments in public without having to hide, as they were seen at the HS concert (to give an example), but not say it in a official statement.. - TK channels: A few years ago they suggested some with very good content, some of them included theories (which I find interesting), but over time they stopped updating... then mercenary channels appear, which copy their content from other channels and for the same reason, everything tends to have only one point of view, sometimes being absurd. But let's not detract from everyone, 3 to 4 very good and current channels come to mind. - kiss on Jm's ear: it's still one of jjkkrs' weapons against ttkkrs, they all believe it and many ttkkrs too. I'm sure that kiss was never a kiss (or suck). - live together: of course! That's why I don't understand when the ttkkrs or worse still, the content creators, don't do the analysis from that perspective and are surprised by events that should be everyday. - Jealousy: I hate being exposed over and over again as being jealous of everything and everyone. Many moments are simply not, although some insist on saying yes. It seems that for some if there is no jealousy, the relationship is not real. - Current moments that confirm TK: it is that they are no longer teenagers, therefore we do not expect to see the same thing as a few years ago. -TK breakup: I think they may have been broken up around 2018, but I doubt they dated other people. I also felt, someday that day might come that they'll say they were always been friends and go to their seperate ways. It does scare me. But that's not impossible. That's why I enjoy every moment of them to the fullest. I love them and I'll always do. They really did teach me that how beautiful can be love(although I've never been in relationship but it does feel different) I wasn't really an active supporter of LGBTQ (I never hated them but wasn't really into them as well, kinda avoided that topic all along) until I see taekook, understand them, connect with them. I agree with all your opinion but although I don't trust dispatch, they seem to be obsessed with taekook because they recently made an edit with taekook and even named them the decalcomanic duo but later they changed the duo to bro, which is both funny and sus. I can't say how much I love bogum (I never watched any of his kdramas cuz I'm not into kdramas) 😭 that sweet little pie. I just miss their(tae & bogum) moments together so much. When tae shared a pic of him and bogum together. I was so happy and jumping. It was so cute. Cuz they used to be old friends and seeing them reunite made it so refreshing. I just love when they interact with any people(male/female) without hesitation. Those times feel genuine.

I just want to say that even though I believe that JK and Tae are not as jealous as some may think, they have definitely had their jealous moments. JK really did seem like he had an issue with Bogum. That backstage meeting was kinda funny. JK was so mad and Tae looked so uncomfortable the whole time. And another time when JK separated Tae and Hobi when they was playing on stage. But most of the moments are just looks. I also agree that some moments are worked out before hand but doesn't make it any less beautiful. Tae laying on JK at the award show is still my favorite but it was talked about before. They looked so scared/nervous afterwards though.

Thank you for the nice compilation, objective opinions and time, as always .... the Taekook history , a masterpiece, the Fake Love, another masterpiece of yours - I just wished many will do detail videos like you with some logical explanation instead of cuts to match a narrative and also have the courage to keep it within the context .... One example comes to mind: V putting his jacked on JK's sholders during the LV concert. Every Taekook channel took that as the big proof of V's love for JK but if you watch the whole clip, it is clear that initially it was intended for Jin, then I think RM (not sure) and finally ended up on JK's as him being the only one around at that moment - after puting that jacket on JK's sholders, V had a frustrated look and walked away - now, that puts the whole thing in such a dif perspective, V being the kind and concerned for the comfort of the one that was hurt (nights in the desert get cold) - Taejin channels labeled that as proof for their narrative and the Taekooks labeled V getsture to JK loving and as proof for their story. BUT, the full clip shows more a real interaction and a loving response from JK to V, so the other way around - Jin was not on cue to understand what V was trying to do so in a way he refused the jacket, RM (or who ever was next) also not on cue and refused clearly and only when, it landed on JK's as a default... JK being on cue too - V, after he plopped his jacked on JK's sholders, immediately turned and walked away frustrated that his kind jesture missed its mark but actually destiny had a dif plan; JK accepted V's gesture and gave his soft smile to V's back as a 'thank you' knowing well that the gesture was not intended for him but also understanding V's frustration so he responded with 'that small smile' that we all know .... ended up as a very sweet moment for all and a very real story: V's true care for the other members and how V and JK are very rarely not on cue when it comes to what the other is doing, the intent and the unconditional appreciation - that, to me was so much a nicer story of V & JK, being loving to the other, this time was JK to V but there are plenty that go the other way too

i think hybe had a deal with dispatch on terms of taekook, because in like 2017 or something dispatch had announced that they were going to announce a couple- same sex couple that are in the same group, and had posted taehyung on one social media and jungkook on the other and they had done that with baekhyun and taeyun- (snsd member, forgot how to spell lol) but then they quickly took it back and took down the pictures and no announcement was ever made

HYBE really need to up their game with regards as to how they go about dealing with situations like Garam's, they're not a basement company anymore and have more than enough means to get the job done right instead of acting like a mafia, (they're not a mafia, I'm just saying their behaviour is thuggish yet business like). And agreed with the person's video that you posted in, HYBE's subsidery, Source Music, who created LESSEAR FIM should've done a background check, which especially now is important and should be company policy for all of HYBE and their subsideries from now on. Obviously every fandom has Fanservices. But I'll say no one can force someone to do something if they are not comfortable with it. Obviously taekook too do Fanservices but I think they are pretty much comfortable with it and ok to do it.

I watched that Ellen show thing several times because some taekookers claimed they are kissed. But I never saw that kind of thing in that video. I don't believe delulu things. 26:15 I call myself a Taekooker because I believe they may be real and I support them. I love their relationship, even if it's not romantic in nature. We are called delulus. I don't accept this tag because I have reasons for believing they may be real. Am I a child as everyone wants to dismiss all shippers as being? No. I'm 36 years old, married with a child, with a university degree and gainfully employed. Could my assessment be wrong? Of course 😊. Like OP said, only Taekook know what's truly going on between them. I'll say however, that I'm sure without doubt, that at one point or the other, they had a thing. Whether this 'thing' be friends with benefits, an actual relationship or just experimenting with each other, I don't know. I do know though that the vibes I get from them at the moment is that of a couple who are settled and committed in their relationship. They seem secure in what they have with each other. Now, even if Taekook are together now, that doesn't mean they'll end up married with 2.5 babies. We all know how SK society is. They may decide living as an out and proud gay couple isn't for them and therefore, will never come out. They also may end up with other people (male or female), because unfortunately, relationships do break up. Will I still support them if they end up with other people? Of course I will. Their happiness is what's most important to me and as long as they've made their choices (even if for whatever crazy reason I don't approve), I'll support them. Will I be disappointed? Maybe. A teeny bit. But ultimately, that isn't my life, isn't my decision and in fact, I have no say in what they choose to do with their lives, so... HYBE as a company protected them - the new managment though has some ?? in my mind (not Bang, but he is not really involved that much as he was before) - Dispatch seems to be a Taekooker too, they do protect them, even changed the 'duo' to 'bros' at probably some Hybe PR request. Now BTS was and is about changing the norms, open your heart and mind so for them to come out, not sure I see the reason and may not be safe either, not while in SK: first the military service is coming so not a good idea, then, after the military they can decide which way to go * if 'family', as they both wish, is the future path, I see that happening outside of SK and Asia with a periodic return to SK * if is to continue casual dating but I do not see that working in the long term, it never does, then it can be in SK, sort of how it is now but will be a dead end for both in so many ways. Considering BTS force of cultural change, personally, I think will be first option after the military as 'hitman' Bang is trying to establish a solid US branch and if they do want family and kids, then definetely outside of SK/Asia as SK will not even recognise the kids as their biological .... but if not version one, then full separation but that may not work either in the long run. Will BTS disband? in my opinion no, they are a 'band of brothers' for life but will there be concerts? .... maybe .... for some reason I see them like Rolling Stones - again these are just my opinions from what I can strategically find logical and taking in consideration the many variables (their messaging as far as their relantionship/non verbal, mostly from V, SK societal culture, them traveling outside SK so they do know that 'other ways' do exist, where they will want their relantionship to go after the military, potential family pressure, etc.)

As a tkkr of 3 years, I have a lot to add, I wish I could give opinions in the poll. I have a lot to add- 1) Taekook living together- can be possible but personally I won’t bet on it, I do they think if they are a couple, they might spend more time together even if they are not working as a band, which includes them might as spend night at each other’s place. 2) I don’t hold anything against people who cannot see Taekook as even close friends, especially if they joint fandom after 2018- I personally have talked to a lot of army who genuinely think these two are not close because they were hardly seen after certain point and the In the soop conversation cemented their beliefs, after that a lot of people feel they are working on their relationship but it’s more on Tae’s part and they are trying to be good friends but they look awkward and it’s fanservice from Tae’s sides, that hurts me so so so much😭😭😭 3) A lot of fans attack Jimin not because they are Taekookers but because they feel Jk invades Jk’s personal space, this might feel made up but a lot of big Jk accounts started getting pissed after 2020 dvd content because they didn’t like how BH projected Jk, again, I don’t think Jimin or in fact any member deserves any kind of hatred but sometimes BTS content should not be made this way, for example last year DVD memories where they showed that bite mark on Jk’s neck, he was not comfortable for sure because he was talking with a smile but that literally made Jikook hickey trending, doesn’t get sell good image of members and with Hybe having such a good PR I don’t think they would not know what kind of reaction it would bring from others, which is really unfortunate, this isn’t a Taekooker speaking but as an Army I do not like this kind of content, same goes for Tae sometimes over doing it with Jk or how he has over done in the past. 4) Although you or other Taekookers might have a lot of good things to say about Hybe, as a Tae fan, I cannot, sure he did renew his contract but what a lot of people don’t know is their contracts will end by 2023 and I do see the possibility of Tae not signing with Hybe again which brings me to my next point. 5) Jk is sweetheart of Hybe, Tae isn’t. I don’t know about their current relationship status but based on what I see, I see most of the efforts being put by Tae than Jk and it’s like Jk always wants to show that he is closest to Jimin, now as much people do not agree with it, I do think it can be something related to maintaining that image in front of camera, I do not think that Jk and Jimin are not close, probably Jk is closest to Jimin and Hobi but with Jimin he sometimes purposely try to put it out, which doesn’t seem genuine to me. Tae on the other hand is rebellious but also a smart one, he does things which might make seem is spontaneous but is calculated. 6) Taekook breaking up and dating others is very much possible but I cannot digest it with the timeline because till 2020 they hardly had a month of break which was also cut back, I don’t know, it can be hundred percent possible but I see less possibility with how Taekook seem with each other. 7) I know the jealousy moments some video markers show are just for the sake of content and doesn’t hold any truth but I don’t think it is that big of a deal to be jealous, no matter even if you have been in long term relationship. I think both Taekook get jealous, sure when they were it was more apparent but they both still seem like the possessive kind and I think that it’s very humane, my cousin has dated his wife for 5 years and is married to her for 5 years, they still get jealous, it’s not solely about insecurities, we are humans and just like content creators should not make stupid narrative on these jealousy moments, we should not straight out dismiss this behaviour because we think it’s toxic because it’s not. 8) It was very hard for me to convince myself but I am pretty sure about it, they are not coming out, we should stop holding on this belief, with military enlistment, it doesn’t seem possible at all, we should just respect their relationship as it is and accept it. 9) One of the reason is why Taekookers have bad reputation is because of Army itself, as someone who is into other BTS ships as welll, I can vouch for the fact that no ship is hated like Taekook and there are toxic shippers even in Jinkook community. 10) Not Taekook related but Tae doesn’t seem as close to Jimin as he was, they definitely don’t seem like soulmates, I can definitely say Jikook seem way more closer than vmin and Tae rather seems closest to Hobi other than Jk to me, I don’t understand why we hold close to old dynamics so much. Lastly, I don’t have problems with fanfics and fanarts, I think some of them are beautiful and it should be seen as how they are fictions, we consume and dig it way too much and then end up complaining about it getting attention and then start hating it, as unbelievable it is, ffs and fanarts are huge part of K-pop and it holds the fan groups together, if we have problem, we shouldn’t consume it, simple as that. Vmin really aren’t as close as they used to be… aside from more obvious for the camera moments. Everything changed after hwarang… jk and jimin became a lot closer … best friends and even sharing a car everyday… their personalities as grown up are pretty similar… and jk and taes personality are very similar bc jk sort of adapts to whoever he is around bc he’s very easy going. Jimin and tae are still friends and love each other… but you don’t see vmin moments as much as you do jikook and taekook moments on camera , off camera or where they think they’re off camera… that’s why the fanwars became so much worse with taekookers and jikookers… it’s like a battle to see tae or jimin with jk … definitely quite a bit of dynamics shifting. They still always will be there for each other… they’re bond just doesn’t feel as strong as these other two anymore

Calling JK sucking on Jimin's ear fake and debunked is just plain stupid as there is actual HD footage of the whole thing including the saliva coming out of JK's mouth. 🙄 Of cause I respect your opinion, but if you actually took the time to look at Jikook from an unbiased view, I think you would see something other than what you've seen in the few clips you've seen of them. Their relationship actually has a clear change as they got older and more open. The past couple of years they've been plain bold and doesn't give an f about cameras and other people.
