Thank you! Blake is so fun to push around because he has no Tai Chi experience, doesn't know what to expect and really resists. Plus he communicates so well what he is experiencing. I'm delighted he is willing to let me push him around! Lol.

Don't fool yourself this is absolutely useless as far as self defense nice novelty party trick and that's all

Hi Joan. There are many other benefits to doing this type of work beyond the martial art application. Connecting fascia connects us in ways that It is hard to describe. It's joyful. It's energetic and it's a non threatening catalyst toward positive change in oneself. The "parlor trick" martial art application is the lowest hanging branch. And just because I demonstrate this simple technique does not mean it is in effective, especially with highly skilled practitioners.

@@InternalTaiChi I know all about it but I'm telling you at the end of the day even western boxing puts you in better health and gives you self Defense abilities In fact many Tai Chi practitioners die fairly young and they certainly don't live any longer than devotees of western exercise like boxing I know all about facial connection if you really want that XINGYI is a faster route But if you're not interested in self defense why bother learning what is supposed to be martial art but is actually ineffective?

we aren't here talking about using tai-chi boxing or self-defense. We know about the MMA china boxer knockout all tai-chi master videos, because of the arrogant and ignorant tai-chi 'masters'. We are here to learn the mystery of tai-chi, gain knowledge about our own Qi. if u are here to promote boxing and mma, then you are in the wrong channel.
