The plaintiffs bought a car from the defendant, a used car salesman. The plaintiffs allege the car was a lemon and that the defendant committed fraud by falsifying documents. They’re suing for the cost of the car. The defendant argues he did not falsify any documents.

That dude is slimy. He was trying to run a scam. He took advantage of someone with a disability, because he knew he would be able to manipulate that person to get the car transferred into his name, but that same reality bit him in the rear. I would wonder what the books of that organization looks like, considering how underhanded he is, and totally not accepting responsibility for how he did things. I'm glad the judge told Chris he didn't do anything wrong, because I bet that slimeball told him it was all his fault.

The crook is not a very good one, clearly, based on what he was trying to pull here. Also, he has a social services association which has no tax exempt status, which signals that it is for profit. I have seen people that proudly tell that they have a dummy company for which they charge all personal living expenses while claiming a loss each year…so they won’t have to pay income taxes. I hope somebody from Nassau County is watching this and investigate this slimy crook.

If someone has a "Comprehension" disability and it was known by the defendant then shouldn't that document have been void? Would that not be the same as a minor signing something? I know he's an adult but if he has a disability with comprehension I would think that'd be the same as needing a legal guardian to sign for him OR be there to help...for all they know that defendant could've told him anything and said "all you have to do is sign here & the car's all yours" and he might not have been able to comprehend all the hangups the documents he signed may have had~

Then the loan shouldn’t have been in his name. If his comprehension disability is that severe, the cousin should put it in his name, so there wouldn’t be any issues.
