I'm not sure Elizabeth is human! I really love her voice and this song! She is light and deepness and her vibrations makes me feel like suspended and breathless! What a huge talent!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is so gentle but capable of evoking such emotion both through her voice and the songs she sings. Liz is one of a kind and I am glad she still makes great music.

There are few singers left in the "alternative music" genre whose voice and talent make me cry and smile at the same time. Liz Frazier is among those few who touch me like that. Without her, they may never have been a Cocteau Twins.

Artists can't stay stagnant doing the same thing year after year. I love Liz's growth, and it's a testament to the power of her voice that someone completely outside her "genre" of music thought she could do justice to this lovely piece of music. And she did. There is truly no one like Elizabeth Fraser, I hope she records more music soon!

I have loved the timeless music of Ms Fraser and the way she uses her voice as an instrument. Saw the Cocteau Twins in London in 1986 and still listen to them everyday. Oh and regarding this song, well done Alan Rickman!

I didn't realize until recently that Alan Rickman (actor- Harry Potter, Die Hard, etc.) wrote the lyrics to this song for a film he directed called The Winter Guest. Such a beautiful song.

Same here. A friend introduced me to them about 15 years ago, gave me copies of Heaven or Las Vegas and Four-Calendar Cafe, but never touched them. I've been binging on CT and EF for a week now, and I can honestly say that I am officially her spell. It took a while but I get there. I've lost touch with my friend, but I will be forever grateful.

Alan Rickman the actor? Oh god I loved him! I think this is so beautiful and it makes me think of how she must have felt to lose Jeff Buckley. She said on one interview that everyone wanted him and she felt like a groupie sometimes seeing his fans. He was a massive fan of hers too and I think, someone as soulful as he was, would have worshipped her. It's so tragic and she looks like an angel. (Omg that is me off howling again!) Nobody comes close to her talent.

ANDY COCTEAU FRASER absolutely! But I can't listen without dissolving into an emotional wreck! I love her voice, it's so otherworldly that I am unsurprised that Jeff Buckley rated her so highly. I understand why she was upset about the duet being released. I lost my partner and I would have gone crazy if something so personal had been treated like that. It is beautiful, of course, but it was hers.
