Hello !! if I buy a property as an investor (I don't live in Dubai, I live in Europe) how do I connect electricity and water (dewa) and a/c (empower), if I don't have an Emirates ID, and I'm not a resident?

To connect Dewa you don’t need emirates id, when you connect on the Dewa website there is an option to select that you’re a non resident expat/ investor and they don’t ask for emirates id

It’s it’s a off plan property being purchased from developer then the buyer doesn’t pay any commission as it paid by the developer. In a resale transaction the buyer pays 2% of the property value as agents commission

Is Dubai Real Estate going to crash soon?

I don’t see a crash happening because the demand is very high. Yes might see a correction in some areas but not a crash. The rentals are holding well and occupancy is very high and more people are expected to move to dubai soon so overall things are looking good as of now.
