I’m a extrovert but still adore taking myself out on ‘dates’. Good quality alone time is beneficial for everyone!

Coming from an introvert that is now married and has a baby…cherish alone time while you can! Use that time to read books you’ve always wanted to read, see movies you’ve always wanted to see, try out restaurants, go on road trips, travel, and most importantly learn who you are and what you like. I have little to no alone time now, and life is still absolutely beautiful and I wouldn’t change it for the world, but I do miss those quiet, slow days sometimes!

Self dates can be therapeutic sometimes.

I remember being told by classmates multiple times "wow I didn't even see/notice you" and ik they proably didn't mean anything bad by that but seriously that shit HURT like I felt as if there was something wrong with me. Literally can't be quiet without someone shaming you or asking dumb questions

I enjoy a solo day out & about on occasion. You can do everything at your own pace. It's relaxing.

It is actually so therapeutic to go out by yourself. When I first started doing it I was so worried about what people were thinking or if they were staring at me. After a while of doing going out I realized no one cares. I encourage everyone to do this!💙☕🍁You will find peace in a quiet simple day of solitude.

I really enjoyed this video. I go back and forth with myself because I am also in college and I just feel so inadequate while everyone else seems to have friend groups and everyone goes out so much. It's so nice to hear every once and a while that it's okay to be alone sometimes.

ha, i went through the same exact things you're talking about: "lack of participation" "speak up" "why are you so quiet?'. I think all those experiences made me who I am today and i've learned to use my life experiences to better myself.

Tbh I don't even know if introverted or extroverted. Sometimes I wanna go out with my friends, meet new people but most of the time I just love spending my time alone at home.

Have you ever tried reading the bible. That used to be me, a shy girl who just couldn’t let go of her real self.I hated when ppl thought I was that shy,quiet,smart and cute girl. The only people who saw the true me was Jesus,my family and close friends. Now I can talk to stranger bcos there is a purpose behind that (SAVING THEIR SOUL), now I’m confident for being who I am, Jesus changed me and I’m sure he can help you too.
