An act of self-care is learning to enjoy your own company. I'm always trying to incorporate new ways to be comfortable with being alone and this was the first time in FOREVER that I've gone out by myself- not to mention after the lockdown had just been slowly lifting in Toronto 🧍🏻‍♀️🧍🏻‍♀️ Watch and see me unlock a new and improved relationship with myself in today's vlog!

As a person who is also an introvert, I spend a lot of time by myself…which now my struggle is to actually go out with friends or my loved ones lol. Your video made me realize how much self care is important but also making time for those ppl you care abt the most 🥰 It’s all about balance!! 💜

I love this 🤍 I feel like I'm more of an introverted person as well but still struggle to be alone and find the confidence to go out by myself. I'll try to make more of an effort to plan things even if it's just with myself. thank you and good for you for overcoming those feelings!!

I really really want to be introvert cause it's so hard being extrovert really hard. It feels like being alone is so so peace but I'm really scared being alone and i might end up crying 😭
